Best breakfast I have ever eaten!!I Googled breakfast restaurants near me and found Big John's Eatery. I ordered the breakfast bowl with grits. It had scrambled eggs, cheese, bacon and sausage. The grits are to die for!! The service was outstanding. The staff are friendly and really sweet. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. John walked the dining room and introduced himself and spoke with everyone, told us a little about the place. Overall an excellent experience. Great...read full review

We ordered takeout for brunch on the beach and the food was still very yummy! Big John was there to greet customers at the door and was very friendly and cool. The food came out still very good and crispy even though we waited to eat (even changed my girlfriend’s opinion on grits). The only negative I could think of is that it took around 15 mins to get our food, but we didn’t mind and there’s some areas to sit around outside and chill.
