WORST DUNKIN IN THE STATE! Lazy Staff. The Always claim the Kitchen is Broken, and can only serve Donuts, no other items. This has happened 3 STRAIGHT TIMES in 3 months. They don't even POST IT on the Building. So I wasted 15 minutes in the Drive Thru, just to get NOTHING! Staff is rude. This place needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. New Manager, and New Staff needed, with better attitudes. The FOOD is OK, when they actually have it.

Second time visiting this location. Food was uncooked and tasted disgusting. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Came out all mushy and raw. I get it, bagels got a lot smaller after Covid, but common, at least cook them right. My cappuccino was tasteless. Will NOT come back.

Stopped in before work to grab an iced coffee and a dozen donuts for my co-workers. The staff was friendly and completed my order promptly. This location has a drive-thru and ample parking and seating inside. When I arrived (around 6:15am), there were a couple of cars in the drive-thru. So, I decided to go inside. Service was prompt and I was in and out in no time. I will stop in again for future treats.

Service is so slow, no one acknowledges you and they absolutely take their time. Not friendly all. I waited 20 mins for 2 orders of hashbrowns and 2 donuts. Mind you only 2 cars waiting and im the only person inside. This place is terrible. I wouldn't recommend coming here. They will look at you and be rude af.
Today, January 1, 2024, I unfortunately went to this place to buy a coffee and breakfast, and it was an UNPLEASANT experience, TERRIBLE SERVICE; THE EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY A TALL WHITE YOUNG GIRL, WAS ENJOYABLE, AUTHORIZED AND ABUSIVE. I RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THAT PLACE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE WHERE THEY TREAT AND DISRESPECT THE CUSTOMERS.-×

Food and coffee ok but the staff is Terrible can't Ever get the order right . most times staff is rude and the manager is no better . u go every morning spend average of 75.00 a week there prices keep going up and it's just a horrible experience every morning. I'm Don will never go back there not worth getting aggravated every morning. They just can't get an order right . Hope the owner of this Franchise reads this

New store. Very clean and the staff is friendly, however, the service is slow and on multiple occasions going through the drive through, the order was incorrect and I didn't have the time to go back. Hash browns were burnt but somehow cold and the breakfast sandwich on a bagel wasn't toasted as requested.
