Customer service is horrible...most of the cashier's seem to hate their job. I purchased a ice coffee and the milk had a spoiled taste so when I went in to ask for a refund I was told that there was no manager in to do a refund and was offered another coffee and wouldn't you guess they made another coffee with the same spoiled milk I will never come back to this location Australia and 45th st...not to mention when you walk in they look you in your face and still make you wait...read full review
If you're looking for the best customer service with friendly attentive staff you need to show up to this dunkin' donuts two ladies were excellent and I hope their manager knows about this All I did was get a donut a cup of tea in us to charge my phone in the lady said no problem miss it was an excellent experience.
