Disgusting place. Had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich and coffee, how slow can you be to take 30 minutes for a coffee?? Not to mention multiple homeless people sleeping outside, making it dangerous for you to go in and order. Surrounded by crime and degenerates.

This Dunkin Donuts sits in a prime location 2 minutes from my home but it’s sad to say 7 times out of ten my order is NOT good… I’ve been there 2 days straight and both times my Bagel was stale yesterday I ordered a sandwich using the every thing bagel it was stale today a raisin bagel with lite cream cheese stale as well it’s very sad that I have to go to Forest Hill Blvd Dunkin Donuts to get a quality hot sandwich with plenty of bacon and 10 times out of ten and my coffee is always on point.You all need to contact This particular Franchise and asked them for pointers because they do not only have quality sandwiches their coffee is always made correctly and not to mention their customer service always friendly and pleasant.

I have never gotten a good cup of coffee from here..... as I sit here in the drive through now because there is no closer location... they need to do better. The coffees are either too sweet or watered down... and they are normally out of oatmilk and then they substitute without asking .... what if I'm allergic to other milks.....

I ordered 2 butter pecan iced coffees and two donuts. The coffees were made wrong. I went back to the location to get the right ones. The manager said that I only ordered one coffee. I told her to check the order. She then gave me two more coffees that were made wrong also. Needless to say, this franchise has lost a customer.
I ordered $50 worth of food and when I received my order there was no meat on the wraps nor on the croissant. The hash browns came with 4 when there is usually 6, my coffee I didn’t trust because if I was missing all of that they probably messed up my coffee they only thing they got right was the donuts! I never had a problem with Dunkin up until now…I will never go back to this place ever! They don’t care about their customers nor the service they put out! Those who do order check your bag before you leave. Never again!!

I went this morning with my boyfriend and we had the exact same order, they forgot to put caramel in mine and didn’t put any sugar or caramel in his so i had to go home and put sugar in it which kind of defeated the entire purpose of even going to dunkin

Hot garbage. You can only imagine how pissed I am right now. I ordered a list of items every one of them had a problem. My bacon egg and cheese only had egg and cheese my hash browns were missing and so was a donut. $25 order and I feel like not even 50% off it was worth it. I never have a bad experience at Dunkin’ Donuts this was a first. I’ll never order here again.

Customer service is horrible...most of the cashier's seem to hate their job. I purchased a ice coffee and the milk had a spoiled taste so when I went in to ask for a refund I was told that there was no manager in to do a refund and was offered another coffee and wouldn't you guess they made another coffee with the same spoiled milk I will never come back to this location Australia and 45th st...not to mention when you walk in they look you in your face and still make you wait a few minutes before they even ask may I help you...
