INTI Peruvian Cuisine is a small, 12-table restaurant north of West Palm Beach that offers a spectacular atmosphere and food. The lamb stew, served with beans and jicama, is tender and delicious, while the tamales, although large, are a meal in themselves. The ceviches are amazing, and the octopus is outstandingly good. The service is attentive and pleasing. The restaurant is perfect for trying a variety of dishes, including baked scallops, grilled octopus, causas samplers, and Ronda Marina, all of which pair well with a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Overall, INTI Peruvian Cuisine is a must-visit for really good food, with some dishes comparable to those found in Peru.
