We have been here a few times, the food is ok but i’m not a fan of their steak. I tried the herb crusted chicken and it was really good and I really enjoyed the mashed potatoes. Their drinks are good too and the service was good. The bread as we all know with the butter is really good, that’s a given. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because we have been there many times but it’s usually not our first choice because i’m a steak girl and the steak has never been great for me as well as a few other meals.

I have not been here in a very long time. But my wife and I decided to stop in late on a wednesday. We were met by Esther who was a great host and when asked who the best server was she set us up woth Jon. Jon was Beyond indicative of the service experience. Every need that we had was met and his wisdom and knowledge of the menu was second to none. So much so that we prompted a picture and to leave this review. Yanah another server that didn't even serve us was super personable and entertained us with her personality and stories. We had an excellent time and feel like we found our new favorite place, even though it was a place that we knew from the past. My original Texas Roadhouse was Melbourne Florida I have never been to this one. My husband & I had the ribeye steak. I ordered medium rare & it was cooked perfectly. I love their baked sweet potato. I only get the butter. Our server was friendly, but not as attentive as we would have liked. We wanted a table & the host said, would you like half booth/half table? We said, yes. We were seated in the busiest area. Next to the kitchen. We will not sit there again.

Called in advance to reserve a table but since we change from a party of 9 to 10, they told us it would be a longer way we waited into the text. Messages waited for hours inside asked for our table and we were told our table was given to another group of 11 the two hosts were no help. We’re very rude unprofessional, and the manager was even worse will be contacting corporate to inform them of this horrible experience.04/16/24 3 days after this I just get a copy and paste response from the restaurant.. what a help..

Really love Texas Roadhouse. Great value and food. My go-to is the fillet Medallion tips. 9 oz total of fillet medallions with 3 sides. Portions are huge, fillets are very tender.
I would like everyone to know on how the workers treat their customers horrible, the manager didn’t even help neither. We had been waiting for an hour with 9 people we changed it to 10 people, soon after a group of 11 people came and they decided to give the table to them. We went to go talk to the manger and the employees, the manger was nothing but rude and blamed it on us.

Arrived to the restaurant after having set reservations to be greeted by horrible hostess, so bad that she had to get another host to explain why our table was given to another party of 11. they told us our table wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready because 10 people is different from 9 people.. They told us we could get separated tables and we agreed and then informed us we still had to wait as that option wasn’t available either. waited over an hour just to leave disappointed. Asked to speak to the manager and was not acknowledged or even given an apology. instead the manager decided to blame us and take the hostess side.
Just wanted to have a nice dinner with our family and friends called 30 mins in advance just to get on the waitlist, we got to the restaurant and I let them know we went from a party of 9 to 10 and the host said “oh okay well the wait will be longer since you added one more person!” I was surprised but I understood so I told them I’ll wait and they asked if everyone was here , I said we are just waiting on the last person which was about 10 min away! The host said she couldn’t seat us until everyone one was here ! Just bc of ONE PERSON ! We still waited and was told they would let us know when the table was ready ! We waited over 1 hour! I went to asked the host what had happened to the table and she said “we gave the table to another party of 11” I was so surprised and I said we have waited for over an hour and so , they didn’t even apologize or even try to seat us again! We asked for a manager and she was even WORSE! Didn’t consider that we have waited over an hour and called 30 mins before ! UNBELIEVABLE, horrible service!

Arrived with my family to enjoy a nice meal at one of our favorite restaurants just to be disappointed with terrible service. I was informed I had to wait outside and will not be seated even if we were waiting on one person and once I went back for my table when my one person came I was informed my table was given away to another party . Very disappointed
