Went in not sure what I wanted and Tranice was amazing in helping me make a decision! She was very welcoming and patient. She handled herself very well! With her help I would go back. Bahama Mama Smoothies were very good and something I would have again!!!
Tropical Smoothie Cafe (6901 Okeechobee) did it again. Not only is the food great but the customer service is top notch! I want to personally thank Aidan for taking the time to talk to me about the Green Dream Bowl and Acai Bowl. Major upsale since I purchased both with my two meals and smoothies. David and Nancy, Aidan deserves a bonus! ? His sweet demeanor was infectious and his knowledge of the menu was great! Today I visited this tropical smoothie because we were in the area but we usually go to the one on Royal Palm, Tranice was so welcoming & nice. The smoothie was perfect. She even gave us a card to use for next time, following with a nice message on our cups!! This location will definitely see me again, This employee was very sweet & welcoming.
