The food was great. Loved the Thai chicken salad and kale and apple slaw. The dressing had a little kick. Loved that. The person ringing me up was nice just needed a smile.

Today I visited this tropical smoothie because we were in the area but we usually go to the one on Royal Palm, Tranice was so welcoming & nice. The smoothie was perfect. She even gave us a card to use for next time, following with a nice message on our cups!! This location will definitely see me again, This employee was very sweet & welcoming.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe (6901 Okeechobee) did it again. Not only is the food great but the customer service is top notch! I want to personally thank Aidan for taking the time to talk to me about the Green Dream Bowl and Acai Bowl. Major upsale since I purchased both with my two meals and smoothies. David and Nancy, Aidan deserves a bonus! ? His sweet demeanor was infectious and his knowledge of the menu was great! Not sure how you do it but your location always has the best staff!! Blessings

The staff were extremely friendly and polite. They brought my food out to me ❤️. I ordered the Açaí bowl, packed full of yumminess. Store was very clean. This was a totally different experience than another location nearby…..so much better!!

I had an issue with the smoothie because it was not blended well. It tasted like ice, so the worker was willing to help me! She was sweet .. Then the franchise owner / Manager ( I knew that he was a manager or maybe the owner because of his shirt) but he was not really trying to accommodate nor listen. He assumed that we wanted extra white chocolate, but we really just Wanted the smoothie to be blended. He was not calm, super frantic in my experience. It wasn’t really busy. We need to prioritize having better management. The food was not all that great either, which really sucks because it’s a fixated menu every tropical smoothie have the same menu. Some franchises may not have everything, but you will normally have the smoothies, flatbread and bowls, etc.

So happy this is close to my house! The food and smoothies are amazing, the Staff is so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable! I have been coming here weekly and it's so spacious and always very, very clean love this little café.
Please get better straws. It’s like the plastic around the straw is stronger than the straw itself. The straw breaks every time I try to crack it open then I can’t drink my smoothie. Wasted my money on a smoothie I can’t drink because no straw. And it happens every single damn time. Also you cup holder are paper thin. Please upgrade because it’s worth it. Saving a little more money is not worth it on the long run. Invest more in your cups holders and straws PLEASE
