Went through the drive thru. And was very unhappy with my experience. The car in front of us had a few separate orders. They sat at the window to get all their food instead of being told to pull ahead or park in one of the spots set aside for delays. 40 minutes, we had to wait to get up to the window. expected at least fresh tasting pancakes at 6:30 am but they were hard and chewy they were also out of butter which didn't help. would have gone up and asked for a refund but the staff was standoffish and were all on their phones. my husband and i were just passing through on a road trip but we know not to stop here again ?

I have a service animal and was treated as if it were a pet. Was using the app to order and was continuously harassed as if was a vagrant. Once I did order, lady cleaning lobby was rude to other patrons and complain about customers having mad mess in ladies rest room.
