Whoever owns this particular franchise in White springs, Florida store number 11912, should have their franchise revoked. Clearly, this is someone who does not care whatsoever about even meeting the bare minimum requirements for a McDonald's experience. The restaurant is a disaster, run by a staff that does not care about the customers, the store, or has any self-respect. The men's bathroom was like the killing fields of Cambodia. And my wife said the women's bathroom was akin to running through the rice paddies in Vietnam. It was absolutely outrageous and when I complained to the staff about how dirty the bathroom werr and how disgusting it was, I just got some tirade about they are understaff - blah blah blah blah blah.- I lost a lot of time there. I get back in my car and the food is horrible. I've never had a breakfast burrito from McDonald's that look like it's been under the sun lamp for 7 days. The burrito actually melted and became part of the wax paper itself. While it's split in half and spilled all of its contents out onto the paper. In other words the wax paper and the burrito were one. If anybody ever returns to this McDonald's after going there once, they must have issues and need to have their mental acuity checked. Again, corporate needs to pull this franchise from this person who owns it. This is beyond fixing. This is downright highway robbery.

Had a minor mess up with our order, which was not complicated. They fixed it fairly quickly, but the fact that it was a cheese/no cheese on some of our hamburgers scenario made it fairly easy to rectify. Staff was friendly, if a bit confused.

The restraunt was clean and well staffed. They had no problem with our order. The woman who took our order brought us out our coffee to the table!

Slowest McDonald's ever. Staff could not speak English or they at least appeared like they did not understand. Took 30 min for my mobile order. Was not the only customer that had to wait that long. During that same time they moved 3 cars thru the drive thru.
I have a service animal and was treated as if it were a pet. Was using the app to order and was continuously harassed as if was a vagrant. Once I did order, lady cleaning lobby was rude to other patrons and complain about customers having mad mess in ladies rest room. Unfriendly and food was not up to specifications requested.Wheelchair accessibility: Don't expect help getting inside.

I was going to Florida and stopped to eat at 10:00 but when I got my oder they got it wrong and there were customers yelling at the people and there service is really bad don't go there. Trust me

Went through the drive thru. And was very unhappy with my experience. The car in front of us had a few separate orders. They sat at the window to get all their food instead of being told to pull ahead or park in one of the spots set aside for delays. 40 minutes, we had to wait to get up to the window. And then we were asked to pull up for two sandwiches and fries so that we didn't delay others. The fries were fresh and hot, but there was a hole in one of the fry bags, and the fries spilled out onto the floor. We did see some stray cats that were a bit entertaining while waiting. This experience set us back almost two hours in our trip. I highly recommend to avoid this place.

Stopped by on my way down into Fla. Pulled in, along with 8 cars. There were employees at the door smoking and a Mgr. They let the majority of the people get inside and the Mgr tells one of the employees to go tell everyone they can't order. The employee tells everyone standing there the system had gone down and no one knows how to reset it. Looks like some effort to tell everyone before they got all the way in the store would have been easier. I guess a hard reboot was out of the question.
