The staff were friendly from the moment we were welcomed in, to the moment we left.It was noticeable that they enjoyed working together, which makes the restaurant’s atmosphere such a pleasure! The guy host with cool hair, Leah, and the restaurant manager (we didn’t catch the guy’s name) interacted with us the most during our visit. They made us feel like regulars even though this was our first time at their restaurant. We will definitely be going back!Overall, the food was delicious! The staff were very kind, especially our waitress Leah! She made it so much fun! We look forward to visiting again soon.“
“Good stuff. Steph who was a floater and all around check on things was great and really made my day. My server Mike was swamped but kept a smiling face and cheerful attitude. Even the young lady behind the front counter was friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very pleasant and located in a quaint little alcove, Windermere's version of a strip mall. The rest of us should take note. This is how you do a strip mall. The menu is extensive, staying true to the diner aspect of the place. I had chicken & waffles and some nice breakfast potatoes. I also got a couple items from the bakery - a muffin and a cookie. Very nice.“
“I recently went with my family; we were a group of 10 people. We were able to make a reservation in advance, which was excellent because the wait time was nearly an hour. When we arrived at the location, there was ample parking, and the waiting area was crowded. They called our name, and when we were seated, we were separated, so we requested to change tables, and the manager helped us with that. I understand they need a larger venue to decrease wait times for seating. Once we were seated, the service was super fast. The food was excellent; there were no mistakes in the orders, and everything went smoothly.“

“We have been visiting a local Keke’s and had a few let downs over the past year unfortunately we stopped eating there since our dietary accommodations were ignored. Last weekend we tried this location and we were pleasantly surprised, the location smelted clean upon entering and the floors were well kept. The restaurant overall appearance was hygienic. We were seated fairly quick and our server Cathy was beyond excellent. She greeted our family and so sweet! Her friendly demeanour and kindness went a long way. It was our daughter’s birthday and Cathy made her brunch experiences so special and we appreciate her! The food was nice and fresh when we received it and her service was fast. She then apparently asked my eldest child my name on the sly and had the staff and whole restaurant sing me happy birthday. I was so surprised and it really made my day! It is a great place with a great staff and the overall ambiance is pretty relaxing. First Watch is part of a new trend where they offer restaurants with an emphasis on breakfast in a more upscale experience than the typical greasy spoon diners that once dominated the breakfast restaurant industry. First Watch has been around for quite a bit of time. In fact, First Watch can trace its roots back to 1983 when the first location opened in Pacific Grove California. It has since grown considerably and now boasts over five hundred locations. That in itself is definitely impressive. I had the eggs benedict for my breakfast and I would definitely recommend their eggs benedict. This was a great place to meet up for a business breakfast and I would definitely recommend this particular First Watch location.“
“Just what you would expect from waffle House. This one is one of the better ones because it’s always clean and they always have nice people working. The service was very good and my son loves the pork chops and the bacon and egg sandwich. Also, waffle House is his favorite place for scrambled eggs with cheese. I love the grilled chicken because it is so very juicy. The coffee was hot and the soda was strong just like I like it. But definitely recommend.“

“So initially when we arrived we were seated right away however we waited over 10 min and my husband needed to even get someone to assist us.Sabrina helped us out right away and when I tell you, her service was nothing but exemplary, we had absolutely no issues from that point moving forward. Even going out of her way to customize our order to make our experience as comfortable and impeccable as possible. Between the service she gave us and the entrees we ordered we will definitely be returning. SABRINA is your go to waitress! She needs a promotion ‼️ we ordered a Baja chicken omelet, banana foster French toast and crab cake benedict with grits and that food was phenomenal!We will 100% be returning to this restaurant!!Only con: the grits are a bit runny. There are other customers who have complained about this. The flavor is definitely there IMO but the consistency isn't where it should be. They should consider revisiting thier recipe. “Came here as a group of 4 after hitting up the sunrise Svc at Seaworld on A Sunday morning. Was my first time here.. was recommend by someone in a party who had been here before and said it was str8.When we pulled up and stepped in we were 2nd in line and on the waiting list. There was a bit of a wait to get seated. Approx 25 mins… In which they may have been short staffed because a flux of ppl came In after us.Once we got seated we had a very good waiter he was attentive to our needs and a good sense of humor. They had a lot to choose from on the menu , so I got the usual, Ham & Cheddar omelette w/ Spinach and Home fries. Was better than I thought. I wish I would’ve added an extra egg to my omelette but other than that I was satisfied with my meal and service. It got pretty busy so I’m glad we got our order in and got out.“

“Although Waffle house is not as economical as it used to be, but still I would rate it above its competitors. The food is 9/10 the same and the prices are way better. The service is way faster, but has room for improvement when it comes to waiter/diner end of the business.
