Grew up in Rochester, NY going to the first Abbotts in business. It was such a kick looking at the huge wall art pics of the original Abbotts as it was in the beginning!!!! Abbott's Custard never fails to please!
Store was clean but dark. No other customers about. BUT, the custard was very tasty. I had a hot fudge sundae, and it was worth the un-handicaped door.Wheelchair accessibility: The door was heavy and difficult to open by myself (in a scooter) as are most of the businesses in this area.

Darcy is so sweet and welcoming. I was disappointed to find out that the flavors are really just flavors for the week. I’m so used to some everyday flavor from other frozen custard or italian ice places. Rather than see me sad she cooked something up for me. Love it here after a long day at work.
