Darcy is so sweet and welcoming. I was disappointed to find out that the flavors are really just flavors for the week. I’m so used to some everyday flavor from other frozen custard or italian ice places. Rather than see me sad she cooked something up for me. Love it here after a long day at work.

Store was clean but dark. No other customers about. BUT, the custard was very tasty. I had a hot fudge sundae, and it was worth the un-handicaped door.Wheelchair accessibility: The door was heavy and difficult to open by myself (in a scooter) as are most of the businesses in this area.

20/10 ?! I’m obsessed with this place. We go as often as we can and I’ll literally only order the chocolate almond in a waffle cone every time, no exceptions ?. I’m originally from Rochester, NY (Abbott’s hometown!) and this place was a childhood staple for my family. I’m beyond thrilled to have a taste of home in Central Florida and to be able to have my son experience and love it as well. My boyfriend is the pickiest Philly foodie but he now recommends Abbott’s to anyone and everyone as well. Best custard ever!PS- Kudos to the store for selling Zweigle’s hot dogs too! I told the cashier jokingly one day that all the store needs now is to sell some Boss Sauce and Wegman’s cookies and Floridians will be good to go! ?

I ordered a milk shake with biscotti and it wasn't that great. The guy put too much milk and was really watered down. I felt bad so I didn't say anything before I left. Def wasn't worth the $6 for it.

This is my favourite frozen custard place. So much better than Shake Shack and Culvers. Their OG Chocolate Almond is the best, so smooth and creamy and you get the crunch from the roasted almonds. Highly recommend! Free parking on site with indoor or outdoor seating.

Horrible experience. I ordered a banana split and I was told it can only be served in a cup. I tasted it, and it was completely disgusting. And, I went to order another/ re-order. The Chinese/Asain lady that took my order was extremely rude. Wont be going back.

Abbott's Frozen Custard is by far the best frozen custard we have ever had in Florida. This isn't just ice cream, it is far superior. The selection of different flavors is unbelievable. This store has something for everyone's taste. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean and has a few tables to enjoy your treats. We enjoyed Abbott's so much that we came here twice while in town and once before we left town. I really enjoyed the seasonal Warm Apple Cinnamon sundae. Today my wife had the strawberry shortcake which she thought was very good.
