The cake we ordered was a red velvet cake with buttercream. It was a wonderful cake! The red velvet was moist and the buttercream had just the right touch of sweetness.“
“We rented out the Breakroom Cafe for our baby shower recently, and the space was absolutely perfect! We had the best experience for this joyous event for many reasons. The pricing was affordable and super reasonable, the space was large enough for our group (+75 people) with ample room, the lighting was great with large windows, and the event coordinators who supported us throughout the time were warm and helpful (Carle and Lila). The tables and chairs that are originally set up worked fine for the shower, and there were additional tables/chairs which we also used. The design of the space was nice enough that we didn't require too much additional decoration for the shower, and it was perfect! We brought our own food and drinks for the event at no additional charge which was ideal for us. Highly recommend this space for any mid size events !“
“I have ordered three times a birthday cake from they and they were the best cakes that I ever have eaten in US. The cakes are very fresh made and also very tasty. They can make personalized birthday cakes, even on holidays. My sons birthday is near Thanksgiving day, so it is hard to find a cake in a short time. They are always ready for their clients.“
“Sweetland is located in a Hallmark-looking area that was still all decked out for Christmas even though we were here 4 days after the holiday. The neighborhood was so cute, and the store was cute to match. There are games and plenty of seating if you want to come by and hang out with a friend. Everything was pink, and not only were there a bunch of boba options, there were also little desserts available too. We ordered: Signature Bubble Milk Tea (4/5), Lychee Jasmine Tea with Lychee Jelly (4/5)What I look for in a classic milk tea is usually some kind of twist, which I realize is somewhat contradictory since it is, in fact, 'classic' milk tea. But in my head it's not exactly a classic milk tea but that store's classic milk tea. I feel like they should be trying to put their own spin on the classic drink and reimagine it for their own place. SO all that to say, Sweetland definitely has their own signature drink. The milk tea is more roasted than normal teas and it's milky. It's not milky to the point where you can't taste the tea, but it's definitely heavy-handed on the dairy. After drinking half of this, I was like... is it possible I'm drinking heavy cream flavored tea? It genuinely was a good tasting tea, but maybe make sure to pocket a lactaid before leaving the house. My cousin got a fruit tea and thought the lychee jelly was great, but definitely opt for a lesser sugar option. She found that getting 100% sugar made it so that the tea was not discernible through the sugariness. I think all my thoughts about the boba can be summarized in "It wasn't _____... but it was ______!" form. So even though I may have some complaints, there is also the up side, so it all cancels out in the end. The boba was on the smaller side, but after some time they absorb liquid and get slightly bigger! They didn't have much taste to them, but the texture was pretty good (not too soft, not too hard, decently chewy)!“
“I came to see what the hype was all about as I follow the foodie forum. I came to check out this Winter Garden bakery at 9am and was delighted. They post what is available on their Facebook page. You get there, call the store to place your order and u stay in your car and they bring it out to u. The items were delicious. Chocolate chip and bavarian creme twist is life. Buns with sugar on top aka brioche yess. No one can say no to cinnamon buns that taste like croissants. Love it all!! The cars kept on coming and it was only 9am. Come early if u want the bavarian creme twists--those sell fast. Also enjoyed the orange creme pound cake-soft and flakey. Will definitely be back!“
“I have heard of this place for years and finally made it in! It is not close to where I live but so worth it! The bread is made there and you can smell the wonderful aroma early in the morning. I went this past Saturday around 9am and it got busy in a couple of minutes!If you are looking for tasty, fresh, homemade Mexican sweet bread, this is the place to go! I have tried bread in various mini stores and nothing comes as close as Panaderia Cardenas. It sure was worth it!The bread is stocked and they have a large variety. I got conchas, mantecadas, empanadas, cuernitos, bolillos, teleras, donas and super affordable. It ranges from $1 to $1.50 and it is really flavorful.They sell tamales, gelatinas and they have a small grocery section. Their big seller is definitely the Mexican bread and I will definitely be back.“

The customer service is fantastic, the owner is always there and the whole place feels very personal and welcoming. I love finding these kinds of jewels. “I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s quiet, the staff are more than friendly and welcoming, anything you order is phenomenal in both quality and production. I’ve only been a handful of times but everytime has been pleasant. Indoor and outdoor seating is great, indoor for me though. The atmosphere is calming and quiet. Cleanliness is amazing. And I’ve never had to wait long for my order, even if it seems busy. Highly recommend for a breakfast or brunch!“
“I first met Danielle at a wedding expo a little over a year before my wedding. She was giving out cake samples and when I tasted them I knew she had to make my wedding cake! It just tasted that amazing!!!! Fast forward and its my wedding day. Danielle delivered the cake and I didn't have anything to worry about. When I finally saw the cake I could've cried it looked so beautiful. It tasted even better (as you can tell from the look on our faces lol)“
