Was good...but no conch salad available or listed on menu. Patties were hot and delicious. Soup was great. We ate there, but they packed it to go anyway. Hard to get a good conch salad in Orlando. Many times you have to be at a food truck at opening or it is sold out in an hour or two. Guess it is too expensive or too hard to source reliably.
I've known Caribbean Sunshine existed for years, but for some reason I always forgot about it when I was trying to think of something to grab to eat. Today I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did. I give it a solid 4. I couldn't decide between the Jerk Chicken or a beef patty so I decided to order both to go. I have slept on this place for years. Went by for the first time not to long ago and their food is very good. Service is a little mild but it's order at the counter so it's fine. Most foods are pre-prepared so you're in and out. Again everything I had between the jerk chicken , oxtail, and shrimp curry was fantastic. Check this place out.
