Excellent customer service!!!!! My family was in Orlando for the holidays, we wanted a Firehouse Sub on our way back to Atlanta. I believe the Managers name is Miss Diaz. She was very professional, nice and we received our food in five minutes! Nice, CLEAN location. Thank you!!!!!
I love the sandwiches, they have plenty of options. I love the Hero, the Engineer and one with brisket, I forgot the name. The pepperoni meatball is another one you need to try. Don't forget that when you eat at this place you are helping fireman save lifes. This particular location has great service, it's always clean and good atmosphere

I'm obsessed for the bread alone I was hooked, have you seen their eco responsible to-go packaging?! Plus it has the coke machine that allows me to get plain soda water + a dash of Dr. pepper. The color scheme works well with DisneyWorld. It's giving lots of classic Mickey Mouse. And the service has been consistently excellent.
