So I have been to several Wendy's today and I must say it amazes me how things have changed I came across this Wendy's and jumped through the drive-thru line which I should have went all the way around instead of employee Rosemary telling me I had to order something to get a cup of water I asked for a cup of water and she right away got it done with no complaints or even asking me did I have a order very polite very on point This is what a job supposed to have good customer service...read full review
I am the type of person who does not enjoy getting angry at people for a slow customer service experience. But it seems like most of the people at this location do not even seem to remotely care about providing any efficient service for the restaurant. You aren’t even really acknowledged by the staff unless you get right up in their face. The food was fine and it’s convenient enough. if you go through the drive thru expect to pull forward. this happens every time without fail. employees never seem happy, i've worked in fast food before so i get it but you really need better customer service. i never feel welcomed when i come, they make every customer seem like an inconvenience. they scam their drive thru times but you'll be in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. they will often forget your sauces. not worth it anymore
