We visited on a busy Sat night. Our server, Victoria, did a very good job - friendly, polite, helpful and getting our order correct. We have visited Gyu-Kaku in several other cities and always enjoy our meals there. We ordered the Value meal for 2 and for the 3 of us, plus the Spicy Tuna Volcano, Steamed Pork Dumplings, There was plenty of food - (we are not large people or eaters).
This was so much fun and such good food. It's a great experience and a nice place to unwind and enjoy with friends and family. The food was amazing. Cooking it on the grill was a lot of fun.

The food is delicious and high quality compared to other grill-your-own-meat places (you pay for the premium) and that alone can carry the restaurant.I have to mention one issue during our visit.
