We recently ate here with a party of 6. The food is delicious and high quality compared to other grill-your-own-meat places (you pay for the premium) and that alone can carry the restaurant.I have to mention one issue during our visit. We were a larger group and it seemed that larger parties were somewhat deprioritized. While the staff was friendly, it took a bit longer for our orders to be taken, and we noticed that smaller tables around us received their cooking food before us. Either plan accordingly or make sure the staff get you your food items in a timely manner. We had already pretty much eaten all of the sides that accompanied the meat by the time the meat arrived and we were not particularly pleased at how long we ended up at the restaurant and were so hungry we forgot to take pictures of the main courses.While I may pick other places to host larger parties from now on, I would still highly recommend Gyu-Kaku for anyone looking for a unique and delicious dining experience. They are still an oasis in our dining desert. Just be aware that if you're in a larger group, you might experience a bit of a wait.

We visited on a busy Sat night. Our server, Victoria, did a very good job - friendly, polite, helpful and getting our order correct. We have visited Gyu-Kaku in several other cities and always enjoy our meals there. We ordered the Value meal for 2 and for the 3 of us, plus the Spicy Tuna Volcano, Steamed Pork Dumplings, There was plenty of food - (we are not large people or eaters).

I went here for dinner on vacation and it was amazing and yummy. The price you pay is worth all the food you get. The service was also great our waitress kept checking on us unlike many other restaurants. I would definitely come here again!!

The dining experience is unique as you can order raw meats and cook them with grill in the table. There are also kitchen prepared dishes for those who want to forego the table grilling. The food is great tasting and the prices are not as high as I thought they would be for this type of cuisine establishment. Wish there was one of these in Pensacola, Fl.

I wanted to drop a special thank you and acknowledgment for manager Femy - I ordered takeout tonight and was handed a different person’s order (more food than I ordered), and got a personal call from Femy making sure I knew what was in the bag and making sure I was OK with the food that I ended up receiving (no allergies or restrictions) or if I wanted to come back for a replacement. She could have easily let me work it out with the delivery app - but the fact that she took the time to reach out says so much for the customer service and I will be excited to dine at Gyu-Kaku again.For the record, what I received was delicious! The beef was tender and sauce was sweet, savory and just spicy enough.
