Love having breakfast and ordering food to go from this location but today we did an online order to be picked up and it was a huge mistake. The biscuit with the gravy in the bottom of the bag was open and gravy got on all the other small boxes that were on top. I believe the weight on it opened the box.My suggestion is to put in a separate bag or put the gravy on the side.

Disappointed by the food from this location vs the one on 192. They forgot my order I only knew when I saw people who were after eating so I got up and went inside to inquire.

WORST PLACE AND SERVICE. We ordered around 10am the place wasn’t busy there was one person who ordered ahead of us. They got their food and we were still waiting after 30 MINUTES! Mind you when we did order the cashier called out to the cooks “high steaks” (our order) My bf went to them and asked where our food is and to just have it as take out because it’s taking way to long and they said oh sorry the receipt didn’t print in the back end when knowing damn well we just heard her tell our order to the cooks! Once we got home to eat our food my food (five and dime) had the most smallest chicken ever! We’ve ordered here before and they’ve always been a decent size of chicken but not today! Never coming here again!

Omg, Yes! Everything we ordered was 5 stars. We had the country fried steak and biscuits, Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, fried green tomatoes, side of hashbrowns, a side of grits, and the berry drink. All of it was so good and so filling, will definitely be returning and recommending.

First time at Maple Street Biscuit! I had the Farmers and hubby had the Cowboy! Both were delicious. We were surprised that it was just a biscuit sandwich but filling! Was also surprised that you order at a counter and then wait for them to call you for your meal pickup. We will be back again!

I've been here several times since I moved to the area last month. I learned that most employees aren't willing to answer questions, inform you, or educate you on your options. Specifically, Sarah, Sarah didn't smile, had short-witted responses, and tried to make me feel dumb when I asked questions. All in all kind of rude. Overlooking that the food is hit or miss. I paid $3 for the smash browns (phenomenal), one of which was the size of a Dunkin's bite-size hash brown. The over-medium eggs are the same as a fried egg. I still go often as the food is decent, affordable, and quick.

I didn't have a lot of expectations for this fast casual breakfast place, but it truly surprised me! I had a great visit! We went on a Sunday but the line moved very quickly and the service was efficient and kind. I ordered a basic sausage egg and cheese biscuit and some of their smash browns as a side. The biscuit was soft and buttery, and the sandwich was filling! I was also very impressed with the smashbrowns - the filling had green onion and was much more inventive than a regular breakfast potato. My boyfriend chose the Farmer, and he made the star choice of the day! The fried chicken and apple butter was a DREAMY combination and the whole sandwich was bursting with a unique combo of flavors. I wasn't expecting a lot from the chicken itself, but I loved that too! Thumbs up on the coffee as well. Overall, we're already looking forward to going back, and we think this is a great addition to Hamlin.
