tell me why i go there at 9:30, order a 4 pc tender meal with a milkshake, the girl asks me what kind of milkshake i tell her, then another girl comes around the corner and says no more milkshakes, i was like okay it’s fine they’re closing at 10 i get it, i get a coke instead. i pull up to the next window to get my order and i see someone making a milkshake. okay why lie? lol. then they didn’t give me the amount of ranch i ordered so i sat at the window until a girl seen me and got annoyed i was still there. when i got home i seen there was no garlic toast with my order either. ??

This is the first experience at a PDQ where I felt they did not live up to the “People Dedicated to Quality” name at all. We picked up food through the drive-thru and the first indication something was wrong was the fries we received were not the usual crispy waffle fries, but some greasy, noodley diner style fries. Then biting into the chicken, it was undercooked and dripping clear liquid.This was absolutely disgusting food, and we tossed it and went to a Zaxby’s nearby. One of the strangest visits to a PDQ, and the staff just acted like everything was normal—not telling us before hand about any food changes. The restaurant was not busy at the time we went either.

We had to check out PDQ after hearing such good things about it considering we don't have one up North. My brother even said it is better than Chick-Fil-a believe it or not. We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, the classic crispy sandwich and then also got a side of fries and a side of mac & cheese. We split everything so we could judge it all instead of buying everything individually and running up the bill.Overall, I loved it. The spicy chicken sandwich had such a good flavor and spice to it. The heat profile was nothing super crazy which made it very delicious to eat. The waffle fries are very good here too. It definitely gives off the vibes of it's chicken competitors but it seems the focus is more on the different kinds of chicken and spice levels. The interior is nicely themed and it makes it a great spot to sit, even though we got it for takeout. I really liked the whole overall experience for a fast food place. It's pretty great.
