So I ordered a Deluxe box that had a chalupa supreme, beefy five layer burrito, Cantina soft chicken taco and my first time trying two orders of the seasoned fries for myself and my girlfriend. My girlfriend went to begin eating her fries, and noticed that there was HAIR in her french fries. so she threw them away. I was also given the wrong drink. Which was supposed to be a regular wild Strawberry freeze, but instead, I Was given A dragon, fruit freeze. It is not that hard to screw up a drink order, but managers should be thoroughly looking into the food to make sure there’s no contamination of hair before it is given to the customer. This is pathetic for a fast food company. And the staff there are all grumpy. They should all be fired, and whoever works The drive-through also should be fired because they had such an attitude, giving me my bag through the window practically threw it at me and said let me get your drink and shut the window while I was grabbing it. DONT GO HERE!

If we could give this a ZERO rating, we would. Spent over $35 for 2 bean & cheese burritos, 2 5-layer burritos, & 12 hard shell tacos. The bean and cheese burrito had maybe 2 tbl spoons of beans & less cheese, the 5-layer burrito had a few beans, a small amount of lettuce, slathered with sour cream. The taco shells all stuck to the wrappers and had almost nothing in them but lettuce. NOT worth the money. Off we go to Tortilla Flats!!

This taco bell seems to be struggling and has since it opened. The lobby is randomly closed during normal hours, the ordering is slow and often incorrect and it seems to be permanently understaffed. The lobby is also dirty and the ice machine wasn't working for about 6 months across 5-6 visits. Hope they sort out their internal issues because it's location is convenient but we won't be visiting again for a while after several bad experiences.

Horrible drive through customer service. Doesn’t know how to take orders and needs to be taught how to properly talk with clients. Food was also made horribly!

This is probably the first negative review I have left anywhere, but this place really deserves it. It’s Taco Bell, so I don’t expect great service or anything. If the employees are indifferent or not overly friendly, not a big deal. When they are blatantly rude, that’s where I draw the line. I ordered through the mobile app and entered the drive thru. Literally, the only thing they said at the call box was did I have a mobile order. I said yes and gave them my name. Nothing further was said so I drove up to the window. I sat there for a couple of minutes before they opened the window and handed me my order. Again, said nothing, but as soon as I had my hand on the bag the lady slammed the window shut. The message was very clearly delivered that I should have gone somewhere else.

I hate writing negative reviews but this location really does not pay close attention to vegetarian requests. Even when it’s a mobile order and completely written out, my food always has meat on it. I spoke to the manager after it happened 3 times and the very next time I went it happened again.

I’ve honestly never written a negative review on any restaurant before, but this Taco Bell is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I’ve given this particular restaurant a couple of chances before I wrote this review and consistently they have gotten my meals wrong. The people they have assigned to the drive-thru can’t never seem to understand what is being ordered. And I’ve twice now not been given all of my food items. I really wish they would fix these issues.

I was there 4/15/24 and guy a Crunchwrap and it’s 2am the next day and currently throwing up most likely food poisoning, head up yall don’t eat here never had any issues till today
Pretty good. No one greeted us but didn't need that as you can put your order up in the screens for self service. They were generous and gave us a freebie for our wait, which wasn't even long.
Awful service need new management I recommend not to come here very painfully slow and extremely rude and unprofessional 4/14/24

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Tonight at 10:30 PM we were told they were closing because they were completely out of food. This is the 4th time we stop by before 11 pm and they either refuse to serve us via the drive through, or if we’re lucky enough to get food it’s usually wrong and served with attitude. Don’t know why we keep trying.
