I arrive at the Taco Bell about 40 minutes before closing, and when I pulled up to the window, the employee looked at me and said that he wasn’t going to serve me anything because he was shutting everything down for the night because he wanted to go home. If it were about 15 minutes before closing, normally I can understand, However, there was still plenty of time to reasonably get something off the menu and the thought of ordering anything wouldn’t be entertained. i don’t normally leave negative reviews but they intentionally say they are out of items, like quesadillas (it’s a tortilla and cheese) that they don’t want to make and i can hear them complaining to each other over their intercoms system.I witnessed multiple cars pull through the drive thru and leave visibly upset because they have been turned down. Judging from the other reviews this place has gotten, i don’t think management cares to make changes either.

I think this will be the last time I come to this particular Taco Bell. The service here is abysmal. With only one customer in the drive through it takes 15-20 minutes. The orders are never right, half the food is cold, and above all there's no sense of urgency. Everything is done with minimal effort across the board.I was hoping for something better.
