I recently ordered thru the Wendy mobile app for pick up at Drive thru. First time using it and picking up. I ordered Dave’s double Combo, large fry and large coke, then to get an offer of $3.00 off I ordered a small chili. I get there, drive thru and give my name, pull to window, then get my drink, I wait, and then told to pull forward, and I did so and heard an employee say “why didn’t you tell me” to another employee. So I waited, and waited, after under 10 mins waiting, and while multiple other cars came and went, my food came out with the employee, she even confirmed the order had chili. The bag was heavy and smelled of chili (or so I thought) I work from home, so I got home, went upstairs to my desk and no chili. Very disappointed. I understand mistakes happen. But in today’s economy and costs, we need to get what we paid for. Was it worth me driving 30 mins back thru traffic even though I live under three miles? Not in my opinion. So I will see if can reach out online. If not, lesson learned to double check the order to make sure the job of putting my food in the bag is correct.

The food was fine. The ordering kiosk experience sucked. The computing power behind the process is inadequate. It kept thinking I wasn't answering or inputting when I was waiting on it. The employees could see everyone was struggling with it but did NOT offer to help. If you keep using this failed system you might as well close your restaurants.

This is the second time in a row this has happened. 3 does not equal 6. UPDATE: The app wasn’t working but the employee and manager were able to figure it out aaaand MY BACANATORS WERE PERFECT AND HOT, with the right amount of bacon. Great job!

Stopped in for a biggie bag and I never thought someone could mess up such a small order! I got the double stack and asked for only cheese and ketchup and that’s what was on my receipt. Got home and this is what was on the double stack! No cheese and it had only mustard and pickles! I’m highly allergic to mustard and I’m so glad I checked the burger before eating it. Terrible!

I will not be returning to this place went to Wendy’s asked for fresh nuggets, nuggets were not fresh gave the order back they parked me only to bring out colder nuggets than before made me wait for nothing. This was night shift. Black manager with dreads no help I just left! The economy is too high not to be satisfied with food and service. I just threw the food away!

This Wendy’s is so disappointing every time.. double check our order before you pull out, they’ll completely leave items out of your bag. They don’t give you spicy or original (if they even bother to specify), instead they throw whatever you get in the bag. Terrible customer service. I usually go out of my way to a different Wendy’s, bc this one sucks so much.. management must not care, franchisee must not care.

I Ordered 10 pc spicy nuggets and these people put 4 spicy nuggets and the rest regular. i would've waited the 5 mins for spicy nuggets they dont even ask .

Totally gave me an incorrect order knowing that I would be at home before I realized it. Sucks I paid for Dave's Double and received a single junior sized burger instead.
