It's a Wendy's. Expectations were met. Friendliness of staff was above expectations. Tried the new Orangesicle Frosty, it is good! May have to go back and get another one today.
The food was fine. The ordering kiosk experience sucked. The computing power behind the process is inadequate. It kept thinking I wasn't answering or inputting when I was waiting on it. The employees could see everyone was struggling with it but did NOT offer to help. If you keep using this failed system you might as well close your restaurants.

I recently ordered thru the Wendy mobile app for pick up at Drive thru. First time using it and picking up.
