Was there Friday night 4/12/24 and was given old hard dried up wings .Food is too expensive to be given old food .I knew they were old bc the bones were dried up ,the wings were HARD and they weren’t eatable

Well I got the chicken salad and it did have hardly any lettuce on so ask ask if they could give me a little more lettuce,.the lady said no because it is all measured out and no I can't.

The staff was hateful. They upcharged me for my drinks and I had to get the manager involved which REALLY made the staff mad and she showed it towards me. The food was burned terribly, which I didn't notice until I got home because we got our food to go and SHAME ON ME because I didn't CHECK IT BEFORE I (you) LEFT (leave)!!! The new peach tea is delightful though. Zaxby's has definitely gone down hill. Just watch your receipt and the quality of your food and don't pay attention to the way they treat you and you should be ok.

It was my second time going to Zaxbys in the last 5 years.. we both got the Asian Salad.. it was okay.. neither of us felt super great after eating it but didn't get sick.. just was okay. The employees were very nice though.

Drive thru was quick but No greetings/ not a hello- goodbye or thank you. Everything had a fish taste to it and extremely salty. The chicken strips were salty, fries were old and stale. Even the lemonade tasted watered dow. Very disappointing

Eaten at Zaxby's several times and have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere. This kne was a bit disappointing, though as we had a tough time finding a booth with a clean table and ended up having to clean one ourselves with some alcohol wipes prior to being able to sit down. The restaurant was not exceptionally busy either as there were plenty of employees and even one who appeared to be an upper management associate who was interviewing employees at a booth near us- odd thay someone from upper management would be at a location with the tables so messy. Another disappointment was that they do not give extra sauce with meals but instead charge customers for more than one... this doesn't happen at Chik Filet, which is where we will spend our money next time. This was a negative experience for my family and I, and we will not be returning.
