My husband and I stumbled upon Cafe Don Juan during our visit to Winter Park, FL, and boy, are we glad we did! Fernanda, the store manager, is an absolute gem. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she took the time to educate us on their array of products and even shared insights about their hours, which was greatly appreciated.Now, onto the main event - the food and drinks. We indulged in several of their empanadas, each bursting with flavor and made with love. Pairing them with a perfectly crafted 8 oz Cafe latte with Amaretto flavor and a refreshing 12 oz iced Tiramisu coffee was the highlight of our visit. And let's not forget about the bag of whole bean espresso we took home, sourced right from Puerto Rico - it was simply divine, expressing richness and authenticity in every sip.The ambiance of Cafe Don Juan is something to behold. With its laid-back vibe and ample space, it's the perfect spot whether you're looking to catch up on work with your laptop, engage in lively conversations, or simply unwind in solitude.Needless to say, our experience at Cafe Don Juan left us longing for more, and we've already made plans to return. Can I call this place a hidden gem?I didn't know it existed until a week ago, despite driving by the spot almost 5 times a week. But I'm glad I now know it exists because it has been a great place for food and coffee so far.The place is born out of Puerto Rico and looks like this is their first in the Florida/US market, which is exciting.The primarily serve Latin-style coffees, with Cafe Con Leche being their go to, but surely not their only options. Their most recent special was the Tiramisu Latte, which was pretty good. They also offer tea if interested.As for the food, their Bacon Avocado breakfast sandwich is really good. I highly recommend. They have interesting-filled Colombian and Puerto Rican empañadas and other treats if you are looking for something lighter.The place is very clean and nicely organized. The dining area has plenty of seats and a good amount of room to work if you are looking to work away from the office.Honestly, I'm not sure how I kept missing it, but I'm glad I found another great option to enjoy.

Loved it here. Went on my trip and the waitress was so kind and helped us make the meals more muslim suitable. Best breakfast in the area in my opinion.

The food is too expensive here, I ordered a decaf simple coffee and a carrot cake loaf was charged $8. The coffee was in a tiny small size cup, I don't believe it was an 8 oz cup. I get a bigger tall size cup at Starbucks for less the price. The coffee had a good taste but I won't be coming back due to the price, to be in an area surrounded by medical offices, prices should be better. You can be receiving more customers come to your restaurant if your prices were better for people who work regularly in this area.
