“I had dinner here and overall it was good. It is a tapas style restaurant. However, the jerk chicken and the curry goat were pretty big portion which was awesome. I am from Miami so the arroz con pollo was not to my liking. The drinks were also great. I had the rum flight and it was absolutely sensational.Parking: The restaurant is located inside of a hotel. So the hotel parking garage is used.“

“They were so nice. They even carried our plates to the car. We went the day before and the card machine was down and we didn’t have cash. They gave us an order of jerk chicken on the house so we had to go back. I’m so glad we did. In a world where everyone is so mean and selfish it was a blessing to come across such nice gentlemen. The jerk chicken is delicious. I finally had a real patty and it was good. We also had ox tails and curry chicken. Yums. It was lunchtime and there was also a fresh fruit juice truck in the parking lot. It was our best Orlando experience thus far.“

“As a chef and Trinidadian in Orlando, this is the closest I’ve gotten to the food from home. And as a staunch south Trini eating roti in Gasparillo and Penal all my life, it takes A LOT to recommend roti anywhere. The curry beef is spot on and this was the softest and fluffiest paratha I have ever gotten in Orlando. Definitely recommend giving this small family business a try.“

“I got the jerk chicken, rice & peas, and cabbage. The cabbage and jerk chicken were absolutely superb! The jerk chicken is a tad spicy, but it worked well with all the flavors. The manager was excellent but our waiter was less than satisfactory. Nevertheless, I will definitely be returning!Parking: Easy“

“5☆ in service. Jeremy was terrific ??.The food was ok. Do not order paella. Trust me. I loved my drinks, I tried mojito and bahamarita, delicious! In the middle of the night, apparently they forgot they were open and the music stopped for a long time.“

“We came to support Kblack for FiYAH Sundayz, a great show, and we ate the special Fish and Grits. The fish was crispy and had a hot sauce glaze that was hot enough to make your lips burn but sweet enough I would have eaten another couple of orders my self. This perfect piece of protein was played with care over a smooth and creamy order of Grits. The grits were adorned with caramelized pepper and onion, with an orange sauce that I would probably drink it was so tasty.Located in the heart of Historic Eatonville under the water tower. This is one of Orlando's best vegan restaurants that specializes in a Jamaican/Caribbean fare. Stop by and support or come check out FiYAH Sundayz at 6pm.Vegetarian options: Best in town!“

“I was in Orlando from Tampa and wanted some conch salad. I was lucky to find this gem because it's a True Bahamian. I had the crack conch, chicken, Coleslaw, peas and rice and Mac n cheese. Which all was good. But for me, I love me some conch salad and it hit the spot so I had to get 2nd order. I will be back. ??242“

“I loveeeeee me a good drag show! Everything went smooth as far as getting reservations. Parking is a little hard to find unfortunately but we ended up finding a lot we paid $10 to park. When we got there it did take a little bit to get greeted by our server but they all were super apologetic. I loved how all the staff worked together to make sure all tables were tended to. Everyone loved their food. I unfortunately didn't get my food due to the kitchen running out of what I ordered but that was ok. I'm came into this knowing how this goes so I understood it was a chance to not get what I wanted. I do think the menu needs a little updating to more simplified dishes but they had a few great choices nonetheless. The show was great. The main queen did seem a little exhausted but she was still great. We absolutely loved the other two girls and their acts. Just an overall fun time!“

“It is a great place to eat. The food was delicious. I will definitely come back and recommend you stop by. The place is also very clean. Took some food home and my husband said, "That's the best potato soup I've ever eaten, where did you get that from? The collar greens were delicious. We have to go there for dinner one day." Yes, I agreed that was the best potato soup I've eaten.“

“This is not an authentic Jamaican restaurant. However, the food was actually pretty good. I ordered the Oxtail, and it was tender and nice. They had me holding the bone and everything, lol. The atmosphere was good too. I loved the ambiance and decor. The waitress was also very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend trying them out.“
“A blend of BBq and Caribbean?!? Yes please! This is my favorite Caribbean spot in town! I try to stop in here at least once a month. Their jerk chicken is some of the best I've had! It's very saucey, which I like. I get it with rice and peas and hush puppies - but they have a lot of side options. Parking is easy and service is always friendly. I just wish they offered beer! If you want some good bbq or Caribbean, definitely check this place out!“

“Amazing! The chef / owner has fantastic customer service. While I was waiting for my food to finish, I was offered samples of other foods to try. The inside seating is about 6 chairs at the bar plus a few chairs around the pool table. Seems to be a bar / pool hall that was converted to a restaurant. Plays hip hop / pop music at a medium level. You get to watch your food cook right in front of you. Btw, the owner is from the US Virgin Islands. My food was so good. My life is complete. Haha. I’m glad there are some thriving business in Parramore. I’ll admit, the area was a little sketchy but there’s street parking directly in front of the restaurant so I didn’t have to walk far from my car.“

“Nice place to chill for lunch. The goat stew was delicious. Plantains excellent. The rasta pasta had good flavor but the beef was a little tough. The cabbage was a little over cooked and had mixed vegetables in it…like the kind in a frozen bag from the supermarket. I would have preferred fresh veggies in my cabbage like most Jamaican restaurants that I go to. The veggies in the stew tasted fresh.“

“One of my favorite after church spots around! From the fried catfish to the fabulous oxtails, I have always had a good food experience, except last Sunday when I tried the chicken wings. Now I have to admit the fried wings were fine. It was the jerk sauce they added to the wings that was no bueno! The sauce was more bbq sauce tasting than any kind of jerk seasoning I have ever had. They quickly fried up a fresh order for me, plain of course, and I again was a happy customer! The service is always polite and friendly. I will continue my patronage and working my way thru the menu!Vegetarian options: Cabbage, greens, string beans, pinto beans, corn, black eye peasParking: Only about 4 or 5 spots available right off the street and can be difficult to get during peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: None to speak of“

“Came here for lunch on a cold day in Orlando. I was looking for some fresh authentic Caribbean soup. They have different types of soups on different days. I went on a Tuesday and they happen to have chicken soup which was really delicious. It was not salty, not spicy. It had lots of veggies lots of broth. I ordered the small and it was fairly large for one person.I would go back and try some other soups in addition to some meats they had some fresh looking sides, and there was not much of a wait.“

“All on the menu is great at the Nova Rd. location in Daytona Beach.I'm from New York and it was hard to find a Caribbean restaurant with spices used straight from Jamaica. Miss Rose and her son Jordan are the best. Pleasant and kind atmosphere. Food always fresh. Jerk chicken is my favorite. Look out for the sour sop drink about to hit the menu I'm so excited I've eaten there about 3 times this week. Oh and of course the rice and peas is on point don't forget little oxtail gravy over it lol.“

“I recently dined at this delightful restaurant that left my taste buds singing with joy. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an inviting atmosphere. The menu boasted a variety of Jamaican delicacies, each dish expertly crafted with fresh, flavorful ingredients. One standout dish was the jerk chicken, marinated to perfection and grilled to juicy perfection, with just the right amount of heat to tantalize the palate. Accompanied by traditional rice and peas, as well as fried plantains, every bite was a symphony of flavors. In addition to the exquisite main courses, the restaurant also offered a selection of mouthwatering appetizers and sides.Overall, my experience at this Jamaica restaurant was nothing short of fantastic. With its delicious food, welcoming ambiance, and impeccable service, it's a must-visit for anyone craving an authentic taste of the Caribbean. I can't wait to return and indulge in another unforgettable culinary adventure.“
