The service was excellent and the milk shakes were amazing!!! I purchased Chocolate, Strawberry and Cookies and Cream. The milk shakes came in mason jars, which was cool. I viewed the menu and saw they had quite a bit of Tex-mex food that all looked awesome! I asked if there was a pasta menu which he said an emphatic yes! I got the pasta carbonara with rigatoni and it was awesome, creamy, salty and an awesome portion. It came with a small side salad that had a vinaigrette dressing. The food was all made fresh so there was about a 10-12 minute wait but it was fantastic! “I placed a same day order for a work lunch for 20 people on a Tuesday morning. I was nervous about placing such a large order without prior notice but had faith. I requested that the order be ready by 12:45pm. I arrived early to pick up, and it was done at *exactly* 12:45pm. The young lady helped me take the order to my car and load it in. You can also have the best invention since oxygen, a donut with an adult beverage. I stopped by on their signature Thirsty Thursday where you can order the day's special cocktail and donut pairing! If you want just a donut and coffee, they have you covered. The selection of donuts come in many varieties from plain to piled high with icing, cookie pieces, fruit..... you name it. There is a nice selection of beer, if cocktails are not for you. Bring a friend and give this hidden gem a try. You won't be disappointed!“

I had the cholo dog and it was delicious. Can officially say this is my one and only favorite hot dog! What caught my attention was the bbq sauce, chipotle mayo, and tajin; a girls dream! The jalapeños added a great touch; not too spicy, but a small kick. Love that the sauces helped make the hot dog feel that it wasn't dry and overall just mixed together for a great flavor. “I wanted to give them a try and was craving tacos, so I was glad they were open when I was close by!They are a taco truck parked underneath a big oak tree and that makes it nice. The staff is nice and you get to ring a bell of they are busy preparing food. The lady that took my order was nice and I was able to pay with my card and my food did not take long to be ready for me to take it to go.They offer tacos, quesadillas, hot dogs, burgers and sodas. I was craving tacos so I had a chicken taco, al pastor taco and a shrimp taco (this one came in a flour tortilla). I had them Mexican style (cilantro, onion, sauce and guac) and they sure hit the spot. Made to order, fresh and tasty. You can order tacos American style as well and that comes with sour cream, cheese and lettuce.If you are around the area make sure you give them a try.“

Luckily Taqueria Mi Ranchito was on the way and open on a Sunday evening. This unassuming taco truck in the San Fernando Valley is serving some good quality Mexican street food. I called about 10 minutes before arriving and placed my order. The food was ready and warm by the time I arrived. Food: I orders the asada torta and it was so tasty!! The bread was lightly toasted with grilled cheese and all the veggies. The meat was good quality and I loved the avocado addition. The torta came with a bag of veggies, like, and 3 salsas. The salsas were good and I appreciated the fact that they were all so different in flavor and texture. I need to come back to try the tacos but so far I was very impressed for the price and quality!“

“The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is what I would describe as my taste buds , mind heart and soul traveling at warp speed with the destination being delicious town in a galaxy far far away. The spice was incredibly subtle for a spicy lightweight for me and the balance of the pickles plus coleslaw was like a beautiful crafted symphonic harmony. “I tried her food for the first time last week. I ordered my food through Uber eats and it was ready really quick. I went to pick it up because I don't pay delivery fees lol. The owner came out with my order as soon as I pulled up with a big smile on her face and she was very pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were big enough that I could split it into two days worth of food. I had the fried pork chop meal which came with white rice and gravy and also two sides which I ordered the macaroni and cheese in the greens. I also got an order of the banana pudding which did not even make it home. I will be ordering again very soon. I think I will be making this my once a week cheat meal“
“We recently moved our office into the area and on moving day, we searched for restaurants nearby. I stumbled on your place online and we placed our orders, only to be pleasantly surprised that the food truck was merely blocks away. I tried to "customize" my sandwich with different bread, no cheese and no mustard. I don't know if my coworker forgot or they didn't make the edit but it came as it is on the menu. Hear me out...the Pastrami Project obviously knows better than I did and I was AMAZED. They have the only rye bread I have ever liked. Liked??? I LOVED IT. And the mustard? I sure have been missing out all of these years not having mustard on my sandwich. Or maybe it's just that The Pastrami Project knows just the right ingredients to put together for the PERFECT sandwich. GO. Get one. Ps, they did leave off the cheese for me. It was SO darn good that I forced myself to not eat the other half so that I could share that with MY other half. He also loved it, even cold! Again, get one. “Great Indian Fusion food. Burgers, fried chicken, wings, arepas, shwarma wraps, curry rice platter, empanadas and falafel. Our food came so fast and had great packaging. Located on the east side of town and only night time hours. I finally got the chance to try PBJ for a 10 pm late dinner. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of dishes. The staff was so friendly and helpful in explaining what they offered. I ordered the Tikka masala curry rice platter with beef. 15/10. My family got shwarma, (chicken and beef). 8/10. The chicken was moist and juicy but the seasoning was a bit too much. Not salty or spicy..but extra. To me it was perfect with all of the ingredients together. My son prefers just the meat and it wasn't tasty for him. The wrap was filled with meat, lettuce, veggies and a delicious tangy sauce. The fries were amazing ( well seasoned and crispy) I do not like fries but devoured these. We got the chicken empanada 7/10. It was curry flavored chicken and potato. I loved it!! The sauce was salsa. (Which I did not eat.) I ordered the falafel which was a hit! 10/10. Falafel was crispy on the outside and soft and flavorful on the inside. The sauce was tangy and garlicky. My favorite thing...the Tikka curry. It was not spicy and perfect. Creamy, sweet with a hint of spice. They have several curries to choose from. The beef was so tender. The portion size was perfect for one person. Abundant amount of curry and meat. I ate this item late at night and had no heartburn or stomach issues that I would normally have with any curry and was pleasantly suprised at that. I highly, highly recommend this food truck for the falafel and curry. They also have galub jamun and churros as a dessert. I am seriously hoping they cater because their food is that good! Good location and there were a few tables for eating. Well lit parking and open until 5 am! Fresh and delicious food that by far has restaurant quality. I will be coming back for more!!!“
