This Dunkin has a new manager. The previous manager was fantastic but quit. I asked them to re-do my bagel the way I always order it and the new manager came out and raised her voice in front of the customers and employees and became very rude. This new “manager” has obviously had zero experience or training in dealing with customers or employees. Don’t waste your time here
I did a study and went to this Dunkin 10 mornings in a row, and ordered the same thing (large caramel iced coffee, cream, and a breakfast sandwich). 8/10 mornings my order was delivered incorrectly. There was a streak of 4 days in a row of incorrect orders. Literally the Joe DiMaggio of Dunkin.
when your at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone even acknowledge you or take your order ugh

Dunkin' at Aloma Shoppes has a new manager, Clara, who ensures customer satisfaction and a clean store. Customers appreciate the option to pre-order, like for the 3 dozen donuts for church. The place looks beautiful and is beautifully decorated for the holidays, very cheery. The service is exceptional and friendly, with happy, friendly, bubbly people. Customers LOVE this Aloma location Dunkin' for exceptional service, great food, and delicious coffee. One customer came through drive-thru and saw a lady in a blue shirt who was so nice. Then a lady in a black shirt made their strawberry refresher with green tea, which was awesome. The cook was seen in the back, and it was so clean. It smells so good when you walk in the store.
