Hillstone's food is always delicious, but a little expensive. (For a different take on ribeye, try the Hawaiian steak.) The service is great, but the parking is sometimes tedious for a suburban restaurant. The atmosphere is laid back and cozy, but it can get a little noisy inside when the place is full. Try eating at one of their lakeside tables out back if the weather permits - it's nice. All in all, I really like Hillstone and would recommend it to people without hesitation.
It’s a ok place I personally don’t get why people go here. The ribs are fall off bone but that’s about all you get. I got the grouper sandwich with coleslaw on the side. I had more breading and bread from the bun than anything. It was a very thin piece of grouper with lots of breading. The fries came out raw so I asked to get a new batch. Food was great. Service was wonderful. Beautiful facility ,beautiful like that you can just take a drink and sit by the water while you wait to be seated or even after you've already eaten.
