I have been a fan of Jeremiah's Italian Ice for many, many years. Love all the favors and friendly people I've met while waiting in the long lines. However, this is the second time in 6 months that the staff has been rude and disrespectful. Last time it was to a woman purchasing several small ices for a large group. One item was incorrect and the server refused to provide the correct item. This time the server made the mistake with me Gelato (italian ice without the vanilla ice cream). She scooped out the ice and tried to add ice cream between in the middle and top only not between all the layers). When I requested she just remake the entire gelato quart, her co-worker yelled at me in a snarky tone, "I saw her put the proper amount of ice cream and we aren't going to waste the ice." Everyone who has ever purchased, a gelato with multiple favors understands ice cream separates each layer of ice. The young lady was adament. Since she refused to fix the Gelato quart and continued to be so rude, I requested a refund of my entire $31 order. I refuse to spend money where I receive poor customer service. I understand young people need work experience but without proper supervision and direction they don't learn decent customer service. For me customer service is huge.

(Aloma Location) they have a new promo out this month for bogo on Mondays, just make sure to ask for it or they will charge you regular price. I was charged regular price and when I went back to show them they had a hard time honoring their bogo deal (as advertised) and the manager on duty (guy with brown hair) tried to talk circles with me instead of ringing me up the right way. That experience was ridiculous and that manager was also just as ridiculous for not trying to honor the deal. His excuse was it was the first day and his employees were not ready and had forgotten that it started because they usually don't hold specials.

What a great place! I’ve been going here since I was in College. Great to see them growing so much. They have so many great Italian ice option and if you mix with the soft serve ice cream, you get your Gelati. My favorite flavor is Black Raspberry with Vanilla Ice Cream. Give it a try! Enjoy!! ✌?

The ice is good but I've noticed there's hair in the ice cream and now I found this thing that came out the ice cream my daughter was eating. Out of the different locations I've purchased this location tends to have different things in the ice creams
I am a member of their club. I got an email stating that you got a free small itailian ice on 10/31 If you dressed in costume. Also, dogs can get a Doggy cup for free always. I went there with my son And they wanted to charge us for our ice creams because they didn't like our costumes. We went through the drive thru and the guy that took our order outside said we were fine. When we got to the window they wanted to charge us. They threw away our ice cream because we were not gonna pay because they were supposed to be free. They rather throw it away then please a customer. I will never go back there because of the embarrassment. I will go elsewhere.

This location has a drive-thru! Such a plus to not have to get out of the car. You can still get samples of all the tasty flavors of ice via the drive-thru. The staff was very friendly. Also there is a window to walk up and order at and several tables outside to sit at and enjoy your tasty treat. A signature flavor at Jeremiah's is Scoop Froggy Frog which is mint chocolate chip flavor. It's green (which everyone knows is wayyy better than white in color mint chocolate chip) and had chocolate chips throughout. A newer option at Jeremiah's is the additional add-ins to have layered in. I chose the Oreo cookie crumbs. It added a nice bit of extra chocolate and crunch. Overall this is my favorite combination. Have you ever had Biscoff cookies? Aren't they delicious?! If so, get the cookie butter ice! Tastes just like them. Ordered the cookie butter ice and had cookie butter cookie crumbs layered in. Biscoff flavor = elevated! I suggest getting the layered in extras. Next time I'm going to try the chocolate sprinkles!

Blessed to have this local Italian ice with plenty of delicious selections. Some of our favorite gelati 's are mango, pina colada, and pumpkin(seasonal). It's always a treat to come here, specially for having a free taste of different flavors.
