“We come here pretty frequently and love Chuy’s!Luckily there’s ample parking in the lot and garage next door. There’s outdoor seating that allows us to bring our dog. And overall, the food and drinks are really tasty (I could eat the chips and creamy jalapeño dip all day)!About a week ago, I got off work late but was really craving Chuy’s. It was already around 7:30 pm at that point, and the restaurant closed at 9 pm.We decided to go and try to make it a quick in and out if possible (I used to work in a restaurant and so I know how it is to deal with customers coming in super last minute, so we tried to be conscious of that).We were seated quickly, and we ordered as soon as possible and we were out the door by 8:40 pm.Our server Blake was really great! He was very accommodating despite it being late. Even though he was busy helping with closing, he was able to get us what we needed.“
“Great food and great service, cashier actually asked me if my food was good and if I needed a refill which she happily got for me. First time experience and I have to say the food was good, could add a little more steak to the burrito considering the price, but overall it was good. I think I would get the nachos next time. They have a hot sauce bar and they can put different cheese sauce on your burrito if you like or chimichanga. Overall a little pricy with drink around $17 for a steak burrito with white cheese sauce and chips and drink. I would expect it to be around $15 with tax for the amount of steak I got, but like I said the food was good.“
“I love it here. I've ordered the food online and brought my college friends here. I always get a small bag of chips and salsa with my online food. I usually eat half and take the rest home. I also love the sauce bar if you ever want to try different spice levels.“

“On my birthday I received a free burrito and I went to redeem it for dinner. When I arrived the staff was a bit overwhelmed with a new trainee doing paperwork and a crowd of people following me in. They happily made my birthday burrito and took care of the customers but when it came time to check out, my app coupon wasn't working. The employee leading the team, Cristina, handled the situation very well. Some of the guests were not too patient and she kindly asked me to step aside and assured me we could handle it. She took care of the other patrons, while directing her treammates through orders AND simultaneously got her GM directly on the phone. She explained the situation and that she wanted to comp my birthday meal so that I would have a good experience there. Considering how overwhelmed the team was and her being so young yet so calm, I really find it beyond impressive and encouraging; genuine consideration. I would have paid for the burrito that I ordered but her going above and beyond made my birthday experience really exceptional. “Friendly staff, quick service and great food. What more can you ask for? I got the Queso Crunch tacos and as I was eating them I could see the jealousy in my husband's eyes. I knew I had a winner. haha What I appreciate is the cute kids meals they offer. My kids were so happy about the toys (Pez dispensers) and the boxes were great for any leftovers. We will definitely be returning :)“
“I do not recommend this place Food was okay, good but not great. Service left a lot to be desired. It was a Monday night, not busy. My husband’s food came out before mine. When my food came out, we we’re finally able to get someone’s attention to ask for utensils. By this time, my husband’s food was cold. I started mine so I could eat while the food was hot. I was almost finished by the time his came back. Despite our server saying she would come by and check on us (which she didn’t) we were never offered any condiments. She never came buy to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. If this if how you are when you’re not busy, I look forward to see what next occupies the space!“
“Got 8 steak tacos and it was AMAZING (went back for more) , I've been looking for an authentic place to get tacos and this is the place. Love the ambiance of the lobby I love cozy small dining area. And the food came out pretty fast and the guy at the register was nice. Hope this place gets more customers they deserve it. :))“
“Perfect queso that doesn't solidify, hot sauces that provide the most delicious burn, and a variety of tacos with fun topping combinations. This establishment sits independently in a Publix shopping plaza with plenty of parking. On the date of my visit, it was very loud inside and out, and there was an annoyingly long wait for food. When asked, the staff explained the kitchen was backed up - not sure how often this happens as today was my first and only visit. This was a drive for us so not sure if I will return.“
“Iris was our server and she was great, very friendly and attentive. The guacamole was excellent, so was the salsa and the fried avocados. Yummy! The fish tacos were good, not great but good. The enchilada was good, not great. But the mushroom and truffle quesadilla was amazing! We plan to visit again, just plan to order differently.
