And the star of the show besides the great cooks was Pen! She was so awesome and sensor from her greeting at the door to her interactions with my two daughters. “This is my absolute GO TO Thai food. I've only every ordered on Uber eats so I can't speak to atmo or svc. But I can tell you the portion size is super rad! The Drunken Noodles (chix and beef) are FIRE, as is the Penang Curry (Beef) is the best in town, other than Pom's, who is working on opening her new Thai concept restuarant. Overall this is 2 thumbs up / 5 star Thai. You won't be disappointed.“

“Let me begin by saying that I am very detailed oriented when I review a restaurant. For prices charged these days the experience should be exceptional and it can be the attention to detail that makes the difference between a 5 or 4 star rating.

This was our first visit to Coco Thai. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. We started with the green papaya salad and Tom Kha Gai soup. The salad was the best I have ever had and I order it at any Thai restaurant we patronize. The spices were perfectly blended and the green papaya was crisp and fresh. The soup was perfect as well. It had a generous amount of chicken and mushrooms and it was light and refreshing. I ordered the Pad Se Eu. It was very tasty and a generous portion. My husband ordered his go to dish, Red Curry. It needed more sauce and the flavor was rather bland and disappointing. However there are so many delicious sounding dishes on the menu there are many reasons to return and try other items.

Here’s where the discrimination comes in. The decor was very modern and clean but the Christmas tinsel around the ceiling and the valentine hearts hanging by the bar totally cheesed up the place. Time to take down the Dollar Tree cheap decorations. The bathroom was clean, the floors could use a good scrub especially the grout and the walls were splattered with dirt from the mop. Bathrooms in restaurants should be pristine.

Overall, it was a good dining experience and we will return, try more dishes and look forward to returning. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.“

“I had a spicy pad Thai. As someone who eats very hot food, the terms "hot" and "spicy" are often exaggerated in restaurants of all kinds, but it was actually pretty hot. It was flavorful and fresh. The service was good. Will be back again.“

“Okay, I have recently with my last year or so realized that I actually love Thai food, and I simply have found the best restaurant to get it from. The food in here is made to order so your food's not going to come out fast, but I'm going to tell you right now it's going to be worth every freaking second that you wait. I got one of the lunch specials. I ordered red curry chicken, and you can add two lumpias or vegetable wraps and a cup of soup for $2 extra. The wraps were as fresh as I've ever had in my life the soup was fantastic I was brought out a plate with three little pots on it with spoons in them with different things there was one that was a spicy taste another that was the spicy like gochujang powder one and then there was some peanuts stuff on there which was not happening with me lol but she did this so that I could make the soup in the curry a spicy as I wanted to. Literally the only thing that I did not like about it was the green peppers and carrots in it for some reason those don't seem to cook well to me in a soup and they just don't taste right to me I don't know.
So if you like Thai food, this is where you need to go, and the lunch special was $11.95 for all of that food plus a bottle of water. Honestly it tasted so dang good I forgot to take pictures that's how good it was.“

“My wife and I found this place as we preparing to leave Orlando and go back to our home in Gainesville. The woman running the shop was incredibly kind and gave us complimentary plantain chips, cookies, and tea while we waited for our food. This was some of the best Thai food that we have ever had. We got the curry puffs, Thai chicken noodle soup, and Singapore noodles.The food was incredibly tasty and the portions were large, but what really made the meal was the radiance and passion that came from the owner. I can’t wait until the next time I come back to Orlando so I can have this incredible food again.“

All of the rest of the pad Thai in the city sucks compared to this place. When visiting for brunch, please be patient with the staff and managers. Please understand we seat the entire restaurant at one time and all orders are being sent to the bar and kitchen at the same time. Mai Thai has entertainment for your experience so please enjoy it while your drinks and food are being prepared. Servers will bring out the dishes from the kitchen when they are prepared so nothing sits on the line and gets cold. Please understand that some dishes will come out faster than others but everyone will receive their food. The 18% automatic gratuity has and will always go to the wait staff. “I ordered the 4 whole garlic sauce fried chicken wings and a large chicken lo mein, and the total came out to just under $21. For a fast food spot, the fried chicken was delicious with a nice flavor, and the lo mein noodles were tender. I will definitely come here again to try out some other items, and highly recommend to try out what I ordered.“

“It's fascinating what others expect out of a hotel lobby quick-serve shopette. Better ones exist, but this is far from the worst. The cold case items were decent. I had the Italian sub and turkey/havarti and both were way better than gas station quality, but not quite gourmet, so exactly what I'd expect. Also had a sweetened iced black tea and chai tea latte that tasted exactly like the giant chain they "proudly serve". Rocher and vanilla ice cream were both solid and I'd have them again. The beef bulgogi and jasmine rice were fine. Large beef chunks and decent sauce... definitely not bulgogi, but edible at 10pm. There's a decent but limited selection of packaged snacks, drinks, and a small number of 21+ options. Prices are inflated because you're at a resort, and you should have planned accordingly. Staff do their best to be quick and efficient because of the insane number of people that constantly filter through. 4/5 because it serves its purpose, is clean, no one was rude, and the food was edible. -1 because the setup is a bit weird and the line that forms makes it hard to not elbow Diane and her entire brood while browsing. If you want tastier stuff, better options, and a personal touch, go to one of the actual restaurants on-site or take the water taxi to CityWalk.“

“We have celebrated my wife’s birthday and she was craving for some Indian food, additionally I have to take into consideration children’s food preferences. I have fond many positive reviews and it has a convenient location. We were very pleased with atmosphere, and food tasted great. We tried 4 different mocktails and we all were happy HOA they looked and tasted. Prices and portions are reasonable. I made a reservation and we were seated upon arrival.
