“This tabla is by far the best out of most I’ve experienced here in the grander Orlando era..! Me and my partner we both had a great experience..the Service was amazing the servers are extremely polite ! The food was amazing as always ..I will be coming back soon! Thank you guys !“
“Just like a book cover, I've totally misjudged this restaurant. Every time I drive by here, the parking lot just seems so empty, so I didn't think twice about going to eat there when deciding where to go out to eat. Finally swung by, and the place was packed! Well, I might as well try it. I was not disappointed! I got the Brown Curry w/chicken. It had a really good flavor. Actually, it would be the perfect dish to get started eating Curry. The atmosphere was surprisingly large and very authentic looking. Based on price, food, and speedy service, I'd have to say you gotta try this place.NOTE: If this review has helped you in any way, PLEASE like this review so it can be elevated faster for the restaurant to be informed of how well that they are doing! If you have a different experience than I had, I'd love to know about your experience to see where our differences were. Thanks again for reading my review.“
“During lunch hours, I indulged in the delightful freshness of the summer rolls made with shrimp, lettuce, basil leaves, vermicelli, and a heavenly creamy peanut sauce. For the main course, I savored the delicious chicken panang paired with perfectly cooked white rice. The entire experience showcased the commitment to freshness and love in every bite. Additionally, I must commend the excellent and efficient server who enhanced my dining experience. Looking forward to my next visit!“
“A very pretty and friendly decor, wonderful staff who give excellent customer service and recommendations. I took me several visits to realize there was a hot food and snack menu on the back because I was always so focused on the delicious cold and hot teas. So glad I got a chance to try their tasty chicken sandwich and delicious battle high hat! Will definitely be back!Edit: came back and tried a couple more things and everything was great and our server was once again spot on with the recommendations and help. Absolutely delicious!Vegetarian options: The from the forest sandwich which has grilled tofu mushrooms and a few other tasty ingredients caught my eye“
“Food was AMAZING. I’m big on service and atmosphere, though. The actual ambiance is nice, but the energy was… strange. As soon as I walked in, the hostess was sitting at a table with her friends. She seats me, and while I’m waiting a few minutes for my server, a woman is pacing the restaurant with her hands behind her back, looking intently at the tables, and the guests. I felt like I was back in school taking a test lol. This place deserves every good review it gets for the food. I’ll come back, hoping that tonight was just an off night“
“I have eaten here several times and food is ALWAYS good. But today I had the pineapple fried rice and OMG!! Over the top delicious. And so much food, I was stuffed, and came home with enough food for AT LEAST one more meal. Also be sure to try the jasmine green tea. I am a green tea lover, but this is the very best. Great service adds to a wonderful experience.Vegetarian options: The dish I chose had egg and they gladly left it out to make the dish vegan.“
“it's casual cafe but love their foods... Starting with papaya salad and Tom Kha, a coconut milk soup that you can add any protein. I like it as it's full flavor but not heavy... Their seasoned fried fish is my favorite too along with fried rice. Grilled squid, sometimes a bit over cooked, so make it chewy...dessert, if you like sticky rice and durian, they have a good one“
“Originally found this place with there food truck, the Thai fried chicken rice is the best rice I've ever had!! (And that's coming from a Spanish person lol) I drove 45 minutes to there new establishment to get the rice, it's well worth it!! I was also blown away by how great the customer service was they kept making sure everything was up to my liking . Highly recommend ? I'll keep making the trip up here for there food“
“I have finally found a local restaurant that serves Hainanese chicken rice the way I remember as a child visiting my late grandparents in Lampang, Northern Thailand. Thank you Chef A.J. & Staff for serving me & my Thai family delicious Thai comfort food yesterday evening the way we enjoyed when visiting Thailand. We hope someday you will expand your tiny restaurant somewhere in Orlando to bring more of your delicious cuisine to the masses. In the meantime, we wish you continued success, & hope to be back to visit you again soon for some more of your delicious menu items.“
“My 31yo Son was hungry & beg His old Mom to order some Thai food from Mee Thai. I must confess I am a huge The Thai House snob & usually don't eat any Thai food other than from there, but since Door Dash doesn't go that far to deliver up here to the Lockhart area. Mee Thia it is! My Son ordered the Pad Thia & me being a huge fan of Penang Chicken Curry, that's what I ordered. Though me being a weird duck. I only like my Penang with Chicken, basil & extra carrots. I am NOT a FAN WHATSOEVER of ZUCCHINI or BELL PEPPERS! So, in my Door Dash "Special Instructions". I asked if they would please trade the ZUCCHINI & Bell PEPPERS for extra carrots instead? Well to my utter delight, Mee Thai not only accommodated my particular request, their Penang Chicken Curry was so Scrumptiously Delicious I licked my plate. Thank You Mee Thai for not only honoring my special request, but for going above & beyond & serving me a mouthwatering satisfying meal. You now have a dedicated fan & customer forever! ??❤“
“First visit, we liked the open, airy atmosphere with newish tables and chairs. Coconut chicken soup was really good. My salmon was a big filet, crusted and deep fried. Wonderful. Veggies were fresh and artfully cut. This place exceeded my expectations.“
“We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Tabla Indian Restaurant in Oviedo. Rikhi provided exceptional service, and the dishes, including the Tandoori Chicken, Yellow Curry with Shrimp, paired with Siraz from Australia and White Wine from New Zealand, along with the delicious Naan, offered an authentic taste of Indian cuisine. Both the Oviedo and Winter Park locations are beautifully designed and perfect for various occasions, whether it's a large gathering or an intimate date night. The lakeside views of Oviedo on the Park added to the ambiance. Based on our delightful experience, we highly recommend Tabla Indian Restaurant in Oviedo to friends and family.“
“First time trying Thai food and it was delicious! The service was beyond amazing and respectful, so was atmosphere. 10/10 on everything if I could. I heard the parking was an issue a lot but I went around 8pm and it was fairly empty. Other than that I recommend this place. Will be going back very soon!“
“The restaurant is large and has many seats. The toilet space is very comfortable. There is an automatic aroma spraying device. The menu is rich. You can choose the dishes you want to eat. The food is served very quickly. The service is also very good. The food tastes good and is worth it. Come and try it! But it would be better if you could use chopsticks instead of bamboo chopsticks!“
“We always seek out a local Thai restaurant no matter what city we visit. We happened upon Thai Cafe and were not disappointed. The staff and owners were so friendly and accommodating. The menu was expansive and the prices were beyond reasonable. Our meals were fresh, hot, and larger than our eyeballs! Thank you, Thai Cafe, for an amazing experience. Much luck to y’all in the future.“
“Love this place. The food is spot on 90% of the time. Every once in a while there is an off day, but for the most part, everything is delicious. We usually get the Drunken Noodles or Pad Thai. The Pineapple shrimp dish is either amazing or disappointing (there is no in between). Don't get spicy (or even a little spicy) unless you can handle your heat. The owners of the restaurant are the sweetest people. We bring friends here often and everyone usually leaves happy.“
“Delicious food, fast service, very affordable. I work in the area and wanted to try this place for a while, was always affraid that because it's a sit down place I would not be able to make it in and out within my hour of lunch break, but the service was speedy, yet the food was delicious and the staff was very courteous and friendly.“
“This is the BEST Thai food place in Orlando . I have eaten at dozens and this is bar far the best. Quality of ingredients , flavor and spices . It is top notch . And when you ask for “hot” spice level and it’s actually spice . It’s a win.“
“The food is AMAZING here, on a marathon to try everything on their menu and reaching the point where it’s hard to pick a favorite. The flavors are so incredible I’d happily eat there every day of my life. The items labelled spicy are absolutely palatable, but if you’re a true spice enthusiast like I, just ask for it to be ‘Thai spicy’ and they’ll happily deliver the extra punch. Yummy!!!! 5*+“
“No bugs in the food, but we still left full as ticks! Food is delicious, portions are huge, and the service is crazy fast. Every time I’ve gone, the place has been packed, yet despite being open since 2006 they have less than 400 reviews…Someone is gatekeeping!“
“They put so much love and care into each dish. They load up on fresh vegetables. Everything is delicious that we have tried. Plus, they helped my friend out when her phone died and even remade dishes while she was waiting until her phone charged up. They gave us refills on Thai Iced Tea. They are so so so good. Best Thai restaurant Ive had.“
“My spouse and I had the green papaya salad and the laab (that is not the proper name from their menu, but how I know the dish). Both were fresh, light, and delicious - perfect as we were in search of something not very heavy as we traveled through the area. If we are in the area again, we will definitely consider partaking in another meal there.“
“So sorry I didn't take a picture of my food before I ate it, lol! I had the Drunken Noodles and it was divine! I've eaten Thai food all over town and have always loved Pilin Thai, but don't think I've ever ordered the Drunken Noodles here. They've always been in the top 3 of my favorite Thai restaurants in town, but their Drunken Noodles have just put them in the #1 spot on my list! Noodles were perfect. Veggies were vibrant and delicately cut. Perfect spice level (I ordered hot) and perfect amount of basil. And of course I ordered the lunch set that includes a cup of chicken and rice soup, a small salad, and a spring roll to start. 10/10!!!“
“Ordered over the phone on the way to the restaurant. The food was ready when I arrived to pick it up. Incredible food! Reasonably priced - and service with a smile. I had to drive 45 minutes each way -- but it was absolutely worth it. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant ever!!“
“Good Chinese and Thai food for local pickup. Service is always friendly and the order is accurate. They relatively recently added Thai food to their menu and we have enjoyed their Thai Basil fried rice several times; next time I'll ask for extra Thai basil.“
“Food was absolutely delicious. The older lady who waited on us was so sweet and really accommodating of our 7 year old son. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys authentic Thai.Kid-friendliness: Very sweet with our son. No kids menu, but they fixed him up an egg and some rice and it was perfect. He ate it all“
“The food was good but not great, the pad thai was good but the Tom kha soup was a little bland and the calamari I found to be a little chewy. The service was good and the food did not take to long to come out, would definitely eat there again but would not go out of my way to do so.“
“The atmosphere was beautiful, yet simple which is perfect for any occasion. They even had some semi-private booths for that intimate feel. The food was outstanding! I love Indian cuisine for their beautiful use of spices and everything we tried felt so balanced. We got to try a handful of different menu items (unfortunately I don't remember what everything was called). I know one of the entrees was Butter Chicken (I recognise that flavor every time,? so good!) Nothing was overly spicy which was great for me. Don't get me wrong I absolutely LOVE spicy dishes - I just can't handle them afterwards ?Highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in the mood for some beautiful Indian cuisine. So delicious!“
“I came here for the first time with some coworkers for a work lunch. We arrived before the downtown lunch rush so there were plenty of tables available. The service was quick and the two people serving are group were very nice. A bunch of us ordered the Pad Se-Ew with chicken and it was the first to come out. We asked for the spice tray as well and I added what looked like gochujang sauce which gave it the right kick to my liking. I like to order my Thai mild and add the heat on my own. Pad Se-Ew is different everywhere you go and this version was a little on the sweeter side. Other people ordered the house fried rice and pad Thai. Everyone was happy with their meals and we hardly had any leftovers.“
“The service was great, and the restaurant's atmosphere was welcoming. However, the food didn't quite meet my expectations. I was looking forward to enjoying a traditional Vietnamese garlic noodle bowl, but what I received was closer to spaghetti noodles in garlic sauce. While the tofu served alongside was flavorful, the noodles themselves were dry and tough, an unfortunate mismatch for the delicate balance of Asian flavors. This surprising choice of noodle was a letdown. It left me wondering, why choose spaghetti noodles for an Asian-inspired dish?“
