My wife has always loved this place!! So we decided to go for her Birthday Dinner. The service was the worst I have ever had. It took over 55 minutes to get our food. We had to almost beg for a drink refill. If we weren’t so hungry. We would have walked out. I mentioned something to the managers on duty. They didn’t seem to care. So I did take the card for the general manager Zach Heefner. Hopefully he has a better idea of hospitality and service. It’s really a shame how bad service in restaurants have become.Update: To put a cherry on top of our horrible experience. My wife, son and myself had severe food poisoning the next day. Even though we had different entrees. We shared an appetizer. I have not heard any response from management of this establishment. This goes to show. Customer service is a thing of the past!! They just want your money. Who cares how they get it.

Pancakes should not undo themselves with minimum effort.The manager was notified that we did not touch one of the pancake dishes as we clearly saw it was still raw.He stoped and asked if: everything had been well? We appreciated the approachment and thought he’d sympathize with us about waking up and having the craving of some fancy pancakes but instead we were just let down by the manager -Josh Rojas.It has been the saddest and most humiliating customer service that I had to go through because I actually shared my unsatisfactory experience. It was definitely not about the money since we payed the full bill of what we ate, but what made us feel demigrated as Mexican’s, was the attitude and the treatment towards my father and I who are both very grateful that we are able to work as residents from the United States of America in order to be able to go out and afford a beautiful and I may say one of the most popular restaurants in the USA as fine as the “The Cheesecake Factory”…Very frustrated and with nothing else to do, but to never go back again…I share this with google, my friends, my family but nothing else will be resolved.

The Cheesecake Factory has the best dam veggie burger I have ever had. I do not recommend the cheesecake since it contains gelatin which is not kosher nor vegetarian.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is outstanding!

We had the same experience tonight as a recent customer. I went to celebrate my birthday with a friend. Before ordering food, we requested more bread. Server acknowledged and left. I ordered a dish that I usually order from the Millenia location; it was an overly salty chicken cashew. I tried to eat it but could not stomach the food. My friend ordered a flatbread that came out cold. Food was brought out by a food runner. After 20 minutes, another server came out to offer our table to go boxes. We explained the issue and had our plates taken back.My friend asked to speak with a manager, another 15 mins go by. A manager came and agreed that dish had too much soy, but if I order the same dish, it would not change the taste and they can’t change that.I couldn’t believe a manager was saying this, the only suggestion was to order something else. I didn’t want to eat after all that wait and drama but I ordered another dish to go. My friend reminds him of the bread she asked for over 40 mins ago. Server finally comes after all of these issues and we explained all that’s happened after we placed our order. Mind you, he never came to check on us. We tell him, now my friend reminds him of the bread , he says WE RAN OUT. Server admits to having a large party which he had to use all the bread for. I can’t believe he would admit that. Again we let that go, Now I show them my rewards account for my bday cheesecake, so much back and forth for over 5 mins with my email, phone number and drivers license begins. When I tell you I thought this was a prank, I promise you I thought it was.The check comes out and I couldn’t believe we were charged for the worst experience. Icing on the cake I opened my to go and it’s the wrong order! I will most definitely vouch for Vicky’s experience as we had the same tonight. I will never try this location ever again.

JENNA PAGAN, one of the managers, is amazingly comforting. Jenna saw that our food was corrected, and because I was inconvenienced for almost an hour, she credited my dinner. Jenna even took a picture and chatted with us. Thanks Jenna, we'll be back because of you.

NOT the place for large parties. Definitely caters to groups of 4 and under. Waited over an hour while smaller parties were immediately seated.... took 10 minutes to get the area cleaned and prepared. Waitress was ok sent 3 of 9 dishes back, undercooked wings and hamburger. Yes as easy as a hamburger and the 2nd one still came back a little pink. Oh well they tried, I guess... nah I'll pass next time oh no not this location!!!

I will never visit this restaurant again ? First impressions are a lasting impression. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed that no one was waiting to be seated. However, I was told by the hostess that it would be a 15-minute wait.I calmly asked the hostess why, "Were there a wait time?" She informed me that there was a staff shortage.After waiting for 5 minutes, we were seated. I proceeded to order. For my appetizer, I ordered the avocado ? roll, and my main entree was the bang bang shrimp ? and chicken ? dinner.For starters, the avocado roll wasn't fresh, and the bang bang shrimp and chicken weren't banging. The rice was clumpy and sticky. Just horrible ?I've had this same meal on several occasions at the Cheesecake factory located in the Millennium Mall.And let me tell you! there's definitely a major difference in taste, quality, and quantity.The waiter asked if I wanted to have the cook to re-made the dish, and I politely declined.What a waste of time and travel ? over 40 miles
