Super Bowl day, and the didn’t want to take my order because I was a walking costumer, then I asked where they were accepting orders then? The cashier told me that online only, I go in to the web page to place my order, Then the manager told me that they weren’t even taking online orders, but because she didn’t want a PETTY REVIEW she authorizes the order… really? My first time ever going to a Wing stop and the costumer service it’s really bad… really disappointing experience…

I love Wingstop and this location is horrible. Three out of the last five times that I placed an order here they have not given me my sauce. Again I just placed an order for 20 wings and four crispy tenders and I ordered a large ranch dip. And I don't mean I add the sauce in the order with the wings I literally pay for extra sauce under its own tab on Uber Eats so it's listed by itself and I still do not get the dip. At this point, I'm starting to believe this is part of their business model to charge people astronomical prices for dip, which keep going up and not giving it to them. All of this on top of the fact no matter how many times you indicate you want crispy well-done wings they come undercooked barely any appropriate seasoning or sauce that you asked for. The point that I can't even tell what are the two different types of wings I got because the seasoning is so light. I'm officially done with this which is why I'm posting this review. if you want undercooked wings and pay six dollars for a large dip not to get it to eat your 20 wings then please continue to order. Also called management and let's just say completely unprofessional . and if management is reading this, no I don't need you to communicate with you. I'm done with your location.

Just ordered 30 wings with extra blue cheese. Received one flat (ONE FLAT) and watery blue cheese with zero flavor. Cold ass fries. Not sure they were even cooked. Never again.

I am giving this order 5 stars because it gave me exactly what I wanted. I wanted wings. I got wings. They were cooked great and the sauces were tasty. I'm not here for fine dining, an elevated experience. I ordered wings to be delivered and that's what I got. They were great and the flavors/sauces had the right amounts. I only wish they still sent ranch/blue cheese and carrot & celery sticks standard.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would . I ordered food for me and my sisters and the one thing WINGstop forgot to give me is my WINGS. I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered the phone. This store absolutely sucks and needs to be shut down because from reading the other reviews it seems this location is always messing up !!

Rude customer service. Every time I order from here they forget something!! The one time I don't check the bag & they forgot 4 of my ranches. The ranch that I PAID extra for. Only gave me 1 because " that's the customers favorite line " probably the last time I order from this location. Hire people that actually want to work there. It's always an issue with this location. Love Wingstop, hate the service here.

We had ordered online, and waited an hour for the delivery which was no issue. When receiving the order, we found that we only had one item from our meals, which was the chicken wings. We had our two baskets of fried that appeared to be over cooked, and they had no seasoning as well as being very cold. I called the store and they said they would redo my order and I was perfectly fine with picking the food up myself. Once I was at the store, I received the order for “Angel” but after I checked the bag, it was the wrong order once again. There were two mango habanero sandwiches which was not what I had ordered. After communicating this to the employees, they had remade the order. On initial check everything was correct but when getting home, the 5 extra wings that I had gotten with the spicy Korean flavor was incorrect and they were the new lemon herb remix but at this point I was done with dealing with the incorrect orders.I typically very much enjoy Wingstop but this experience was very disappointing. I applaud the customer service for expediting the order after the 2nd wrong meal, but I believe that it should not have even gotten to this point.

My son wanted boneless wings so we came here. The young man at the counter didn’t seem all there, said there was going to be a 40-min wait but we didn’t mind waiting. I ordered the BONELESS MEAL DEAL ($16.99) he proceeds to charge me $25 and change told him I wanted the deal on the poster. He “fixed” it and literally just got home and there are no fries and it’s bone-in wings ??. Thanks to the young blonde lady, who handed me my food we got our ranch dipping sauces. Also, got my name wrong after I corrected him (Krystle - he put Kristen) ??‍♀️I personally will never go there again.
