Couldn’t help but here the shift manager, perhaps manager (young woman, dark hair, olive skin tone if the manager is reading), using effective, positive communication and coaching to newer team members to keep the flow smooth. I never write reviews but the effectiveness was too noticeable to ignore. Well done to this team.“
