“Yesterday I went to grab lunch from this Chipotle location. You could tell that the employees were struggling a little because they had run out of all of the sides except for corn and sour cream. I don't know if they were having supply chain issues or what...but this is the second Chipotle I've been at recently with similar issues of not being fully stocked. Keep in mind this was at lunch so I'm not sure how they were planning on feeding customers for the rest of the day. Several people walked out after being told their options. I told them I was fine with whatever so I got a steak bowl with beans and rice and then some corn and sour cream as well as a bag of chips. It was good enough for me. I could tell that the staff was really appreciative to have a customer who wasn't yelling at them about it. Should probably get the supply issue fixed though.“
“The food is improving. At the same time service is not. While sitting there eating, we saw a few customers being turned down. Also if we are eating there, why do we need to order online to be able to get it. It does sound fishy that you can order online, some thing like quesadilla, but not order in store.“
“The food here is great but we have noticed a problem with the manager lady who constantly reaches in her pocket to check her phone and then without changing gloves reaches out and puts cheese with the same hand on people's food. She needs to learn about food safety. And she is the manager so no one will tell her.“
