“I personally love mom n pops restaurants and if you’re in the area , you should try this one. Cute and small but the food is made fresh and tasty. I got a tripleta sandwich (freshly pressed) filled plus a big portion. I also got a papaya batido that was rather tasty! Would come back !!“
“Always a great place for a Saturday breakfast. Doesn't get busy until closer to midday, so it is still nice and quiet earlier in the morning. The iced cafe con leche and cuban bread are to die for, but anything you get is going to be great!“
“With so many cuban restaurants in the area. They chose no to adhere to masks, including kitchen employees. You lost ny business and my families.Update,After 3 years I went back and it was totally different, the owner was helpful, the food really good and awesome service. ?“
“Not only is the food exceptional, but the service is also top-notch. The staff at Los Auténticos Cuban Cafe are incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They are more than happy to recommend dishes and provide insights into the Cuban culture, making the dining experience all the more enjoyable.“
“Food was authentic and delicious. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Right as I was pulling out of the parking lot to leave, the man who took my order even came out to hand me some mojo sauce he remembered I had asked for. It was a small gesture but goes to show how much they care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back.“
“A hidden gem! I lived in South Florida for a number of years and loved the accessibility to great coffee and pastries. I have struggled finding a place in the Orlando area. But here it is! My coffee is delicious and the pastries are incredible. I am going to recommend all of my family and friends go here. So good!“
“Great place to grab lunch to go. The staff is friendly and the food is absolutely delicious. The location isn't great and outdoor seating isn't the best. Parking is awkward. But honestly, the Cuban Sandwiches are one of the best, if not the best, in town.“
“Staff are super friendly. I get the small Cuban, quesito pastry, cafe con leche, and a jarrito almost every time for ~$21; the quality is consistently good. No drive-thru.Parking: Small lot behind the cafe, but the hospital has tons of free parking in the deck and is only a 5 minute walk.“
“Hello a few weeks ago I went to Alex's Cuban Cafe which I just happened to notice in a small strip mall all the way to the right corner. I was intrigued about them as good Cuban food, done right without breaking your wallet is hard to find. I was impressed to find the Cuban food actually tasted like real Cuban food, in a clean and cozy environment. I asked Alex's wife Missy or Misty? how long had they been there and she said 24 years! Wow they are doing it right, stop by you will be impressed with not only the quality of food but how much they give you without it being so expensive, and of course great service give them a try you won't be disappointed!“
“The food is the best price/quality, excellent. But the coffee is according to the mood to the lady. Like all Latinas from another century, she is much kinder to men, o sea una tía dona machista. So if you are a woman who cares about the good treatment, this is not the place, and whenever I order online I never got the colada that I ordered.“
“Definitely the best Cuban sandwiches north of Miami. If you're interested in something more like arroz and serve it up with your favorite pernil, chicken , and beef accompanied with beans , you might as well have a potatoe ball. Or a delicious empanada and my favorite pork rinds. I definitely love this place. I have been enjoying Cubans on the Run since 1994.“
“You need to come check out this location. Same great food and coffee but it's a better vibe. The Zaza in Waterford Lakes always seems crowded and the traffic there is horrible. This Zaza feels more relaxed and is easier to get to. Get a coffee and a quesito and start your day off right.Another reason I prefer coming here is because of Hussein. He's always taking care of you, making sure your order is right, talking to you about different coffees so you get exactly what you want, and Hussein always has a great attitude. Happy and friendly, and nobody makes a better Café con leche. Zaza gets 5 stars but Hussein gets 10.“
“Food was pretty much on par with what to expect from a little mom and pop style breakfast spot; nothing bad, not out of this world, just plain breakfast, same as it would be if I made it myself, can't complain, it got the job done.Wait time was zero on a Sunday around noon when every other breakfast spot has lines and 30-60 min wait times, and food was out in 5-10 mins after ordering, pretty sure nobody can say that about any other breakfast place in Orlando. After we got drinks and food that was pretty much it, indeed the waitress never came back once and even after I finished eating I had to wave her down to get the check, not sure what the deal was with that but eh, she seemed young, maybe new? Not going to judge a place based on something that small.Overall a plain but good spot, if you're hungry and need food in a pinch you can probably get served here much faster than other places nearby, and nothing about the food was bad, no weird flavors or burntness like what you'd get from Denny's etcBathrooms are a bit dim, may want to invest in brighter LED bulbs; they do have 100-150 watt equivalents out there, check Amazon they're only like 20 bucks.“
“We used to eat here a couple of times a week, but in the past 2 years, food gas declined. The vaca frita does not taste the same, it actually leaves a strange after taste and our last 2 times was not at the correct temperature, a little cold and the tostones a little on the hard side.We absolutely love it when it first opened, enjoyed it then, gave it another try, but we will not be back.“
“I grew up in Miami so I have high expectations for a Cuban place. Zaza makes a wonderful pan con bistec. I often have the steak and eggs for brunch. Take some empanadas to go also. It's a much-needed addition to the local food options to have a go-to Cuban place.Outside seating is better. Inside gets a bit noisy.Edit: Adding that this is also my favorite coffee place in town. Authentic cafe con leche every time. The baristas here are terrific, especially Miriam.“
“This places is one of the best I ever been , im a very picky person with the cleanliness and the food taste and hate when a plate taste like nothing but here the rice and salmon that I ate also the Coconut Flan was so delicious and seasoned I really loved to eat here and the customer service 100 of 100 this represents the latin food at all the best perspectives.“
“Hello worldI’m a manager at a barbershop & nail studio near this location and I can definitely say I felt the Cuban tradition soon as I walked in the door…Customer service it’s quick, polite and food is quickly and freshly cooked……. Definitely a place to relax a morning with a hot cup of coffee and empanadas….. I recommend everyone“
“WOW! If you are looking for some AUTHENTIC Cuban food - you HAVE to stop here. Saturday nights they have happy hour with amazing drinks and a fun atmosphere and music. Or also amazing for a quiet afternoon lunch!!! Options for vegetarian too!!Parking: In a shopping plaza so options“
