“Sorry, but not sorry, I made the fatal mistake of going to Wendy's first, and when I opened to taste test the fried, they were HORRIBLE. So I knew McDonalds was next door and decided to drive thru just because of the fries. Well, I'm not paying attention and drove right past the pay window while not paying attention, and the poor cashier hangs her head out the window, stating, "I can take you here." After chuckling and profusely apologizing to the girl working the window, I backed up and tried to make light of it, and she joked right back. We both had a good laugh. Thank you.“
“Big shout out to Austin and Nessa today for handling business. Something was wrong with the mobile order system or something. Austin and Nessa both worked with a sense of urgency to make sure me and my bf were taken care of after waiting a ridiculously long time for 3 burgers. My biggest beef with our visit today was not with the store or employees, but with mcdonalds itself. Yall really need to provide your employees with better support with all the technology you force customers to use. People shouldn't have to wait 20 plus minutes for a small order,because of a technical issue, yall are a multi BILLION with a B dollar company. Set your employees up for success for the love of God.“
