About Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant known for its sub sandwiches. A customer who visited on December 5th had an issue with their cheese-free order arriving with cheese, but the restaurant quickly resolved the issue by correcting the order, providing a refund, and offering coupons. However, there have been complaints about stale bread, lack of training, and inaccurate answers to questions about the product. On a positive note, the cheesesteak sub was praised as "damn good" by another customer. Some customers may prefer Subway for its freshly sliced meat.
