I got a carnitas burrito and it wad fine, except they had to double wrap it in tortilla. I wish they would ask rather than just double wrap. I would have rather had them try single wrap again or, if that still didn't work, make it a bowl. A lot of people don't want 2 massive tortillas to chew through. Please ask the customer how they want the problem to be solved rather than automatically double wrapping.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this Chipotle. The food is always fresh and tastes great. The employees are super friendly. The Manager, Brecca, is a super hard worker and should be commended for how she operates the restaurant.
