I ordered a bowl with chicken an rice. All it came with was Queso blanco which I ordered on it with Sour Cream an Quacamole. I just watched the toothless woman with short hair dumping the rice from a large bowl to a smaller serving container the rice fell out so fast it bounce off her stomach/apron into the serving container.No soap in the dispenser in the bathroom, you could tell that it’s been empty for a while because completely dry, the hand sanitizer also empty. You know they’re not washing their hands.

This is the worst Chipotle! They are always out of dressing for the salad, you can't order a quesadilla inside, you can only order it on the app to go, chips were stale. Their customer service is terrible!

When you spend money to eat out it should be hot FRESH and with a smile! New management and staff is needed!!!! They also need to wash their hands more and clean the line! Clean the guest area the bathrooms the drink area! Not coming to this location anymore!!!

We've given this location enough chances and won't be back since it never seems to improve. Only protein option at 8pm on a Saturday was chicken because they were out. Out of shredded cheese, pico, all teas/juices. Dining area was littered with food and trash on floor. Trash bins overflowing. Employees look miserable and said they are always out of stuff and to call corporate.

This is the 2nd time i’ve paid for double meat and as you can see in the picture it looks like they gave me one single skimpy scoop at best. I let the first order go because i understand that sometimes people are in a rush but i paid $21 for this bowl. I would greatly appreciate if this can get taken care of and that chipotle gives me what I pay for please. I was also told that this location charges for sides of sour cream and hot sauce??? I have never been to a location in any state in the country that charges for sauces and sour cream.
DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.MY husband found this in his burrito today. Thankfully he cut it open first before biting into it. When he did (please see the photo) ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! A roach. Really!
