“1st Saturday after Thanksgiving,I came into Panera with a fairly large order, Tiffany was at the register and she was very helpful and pleasant to interact with. She made suggestions and ensured all my family members I was ordering for had correct meals, the rest of the staff worked quickly and effectively to get me back to my family with lunch. “The food was authentic Italian and delicious and not pricey. I had ordered a cappuccino and returned it because it was lukewarm. The restaurant owner brought me a new cup, much hotter and an explanation that his barista had made the first cup according to Italian tradition (a lot cooler than Americans would prefer) and his apology. One of the members of my party had the opportunity to use her knowledge of Italian and speak to the owner. In all it was a delightful evening. I highly recommend this dining experience.“
