“I haven't been to Taco Bell in years, and was wondering what has changed. The order only on touch screens is dismal at best. The personal service by the wayside. Need something like sour cream, back to the touch screen to do the whole process over. I would hate to be here during lunch rush, just two screens offered and what if one glitches!!?? The food quality has not changed and our booth was clean. The parking lot was clear of litter , the restroom presentable.“
“My hubby and I haven't been to Taco Bell in a long time. We were not too happy with the service back then.?So I decided to give them another chance. I'm happy say the service was EXCELLENT! The person in drive through was so friendly and informative. She highly recommended the new steak burrito ? and taco ? meal so I trusted her and ordered two to go! My only regret ? was that I didn't get her name so I could tell her "thank you for your recommendation Chica, it really was Delicious!"“
