“Food quality is always great! However, I'm missing (or wrong) items pretty often. Like ordering two combos but only getting one drink. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch with a nacho cheese shell, but got the locos version. Two chips and cheese, but only got one. It's even on the receipt, which means no one is checking. I'm leaving this review only after it's happened multiple times. It's so disappointing.Also, the cinnamon twists are cinnamon-less.“
“I've never seen an eating establishment make such a positive turnaround!About two years ago, I SWORE I would never return to this location. They were routinely making us wait in the drive-through line about 30 minutes (their drive-thru is single-lane, with no exit) and still getting stuff wrong. The final straw was being kept in line over 45 minutes and then being gaslit by the incredibly unhurried, uninterested window attendant.My spouse (against my advice) started using them again this last month. After three visits with no drama, properly labeled wrappers, and extremely tasty food, I admit I was wrong: they HAVE fixed their problems. IDK what they did (management changes, general staff changes, proper training...) and I honestly don't care, because THIS is how a customer's fast food experience SHOULD be.
