“Saw a small fire outside under the deck.. as any good citizen would do, I put it out and told valet. They informed Kevin the owner, next thing I know, I had a free drink from the bar and a large dessert for the whole family! What a great first experience at this establishment. “I want to say a mighty big thank you to the great people at the Acworth Georgia , Culvers for going above and beyond in returning my purse. My husband and I were driving through and and stopped to eat. Food was great. After Leaving and traveling over a hundred miles I realized I did not have my purse, knowing Ciphers was the only place had stopped, my husband called them and sure enough a waitress had found it and turned it into the manager who placed it the safe. My husband called my phone which was in my purse it was answered by the manager. They verified that I was indeed the owner, he contacted the restaurants owner to see what the store policy was regarding this situation. The owner contacted us and he had my purse sent back to me high priority. When I offered to pay for the shipping he refused to be reimbursed. Stated he would want someone to do the same for him. I say this goes a long way about the integrity of this company. They really do live up to their motto of being one of the family. Also want to say that nothing was taken out of my purse. Thank you Patrick, Dominick and Skip for all that you did.“

“I’m not the one to typically make reviews. However, I just wanted to share my exceptional experience with the customer service. I recently had lost my dad from a heart attack. And whenever I went in I was a total mess. The host could visibly see that I was having a rough day and went out of his way to get me some coffee and creamer. And brought it to my table. Made my day. Wasn’t able to catch his name as he seemed pretty busy. Will definitely be back.“

“Food is always well portioned and the wings are always well sauced (no dry spots) Literally the only times I haven't gotten PERFECT service has been during the superbowl when everyone is slammed. If there's ever a problem they show you your order in the restaurant and will fix it for you. Staff is great one of my favorite local wing places. Love the fried okra!“

“Stopped by and tried Eggs Up Grill - Dallas, GA in Dallas, Georgia and had breakfast for the first time. Got the Texas Farmhouse Omelette which absolutely awesome. Had a sauce on it that was packed with tons of flavor. No doubt one of the best omelettes I’ve had in Paulding County, Georgia. Also got coffee, cheese grits and bacon. Place is really good and will for sure be back soon. Staff was all great as well. “Food was good. My steak 🥩 was more on rare side than medium rare. They had to cook it just a bit more. My companion's steaks were a bit overcooked. Over all I was satisfied with flavor. I do have one suggestion. Restaurant needs to be cleaned all around their decor and lamps. There was a layer of dust and oil buildup on back side. I usually don't sit that close to the wall but this time I had my 26 month old on that side getting into things so I had good look lol. I wild be back again. Overall good experience.“

“In a place that doesn't dazzle with asthetics and or flair, we had one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The people in there treated us like we were regulars...maybe even family. The food was absolutely fantastic!! I have had Indian cuisine many times, yet still would say I'm not well versed in it. What I can say is, that what we had was so good, bite after bite. My wife even ate a chicken dish that had some significant spice (heat) to it! Whoopie do uh? Well, my wife has problems with the scoville units in ketchup, so this was amazing to see. She couldn't stop eating it. Suffice it to say, we can't recommend the place high enough! This is from a guy that has never left a review before now... Give it try!!!“

“Although the food was spot on as usual for an IHOP, what particularly made the experience outstanding was Dezy. She’s personable and an exceptional server. She goes above and beyond to take care of you. We stopped in with our one year old and she made sure he was treated like a VIP. Dezy is who you want representing your location and the brand overall!“
