“These people are some of the friendliest, funnest, efficient, and kind people I have come in contact with, in a professional establishment since I moved to Georgia over 10 years ago!!! This world is crazy and I don't think the idea of customer service, courtesy, or respect even exists anymore, or at least not around the northern suburbs of Atlanta. However, these people are AWESOME! If I needed a job, I would want to work there! The atmosphere is cool, fun, and chummy without sacrificing all the necessary aspects you need in a professional food establishment. Thank you Papa John's Acworth workers! You rock!“
“Well I would have to say I would not give them the stores that I did but on the other hand I had to. I had put a order in and it took quite some time when my food finally arrived at the hotel it was very cold I called beforehand and told him that my food never arrived and they had received a message saying that it was already delivered and I told the man I did not get it so I went downstairs to the lobby and just as I was going through the lobby here comes the guy with my pizza cold very cold so I called the pizza place and told them they said sir we are remaking you one and it will be good and hot well Lord behold they weren't kidding they brought me another pizza and a 2 l and brought it to my room and it was very hot so I was very impressed and that's why I gave them the stars that I gave them they made it right so things do happen in a positive way thank you so much Papa John's and the crew at this location for making things right.“
