“We brought our 2024 Teacher Fellowship cohort here for lunch as part of our tour following the trail of The Great Locomotive Chase, which began down the tracks in Marietta when the "Andrews' Raiders," a group of Union soldiers and civilians, stole the locomotive "The General" and launched the day-long chase back to Chattanooga that resulted in the awarding of the first Medals of Honor. Sebastian was super helpful and welcoming, and had our delicious lunch ready and waiting right on time. It was a beautiful day, so we were able to eat at picnic tables behind the store next to the very active railroad tracks, which was perfect for our group! The store itself is absolutely charming, with a great small Southern town atmosphere complete with chess and checkers at the tables. Highly recommend!“

“Service was a little slow today altho the restaurant was not crowded. All out of chicken and tomato. Food tasted great and I love the hand cut fries. It always seems like they're short handed when we go... Wish this could be fixed because it could be a good place ❤️“
